Charming
Oozing with charm, this quaint hotel provided the perfect base for our family of 7 to rest before dolphin-watching early the next morning. With a decent-sized pool and a well-maintained garden, it's so easy to feel relaxed and comfortable here. Service is fast and their food is quite good, too. However, I found their beds somewhat too soft and bouncy while the shower needs higher water pressure. Overall, a nice place to stay in.

Average but okay
Location is along the road and accessible to transportation and nearby business establishments. Aircon condition is good but they have to repair the water pressure so everything will be okay. The shower will not run due to low pressure. Tv and cable are average. Comfort of the bed is average. Customer service is good. So far this hotel in bais is better in this city.

Pricey, but comfortable, romantic (at least for me)
I stayed here with my girlfriend, and now my fiance and soon to be my wife. (I actually proposed to her in our room here. So this place will always be special to me in that aspect.) It is a decent hotel. I was not blown away by anything, but the staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was a little pricey, but it is one of the few hotels in the area so they could charge more and get away with it if they wanted to, so i can't complain about that too much. The air conditioning was a life saver for me because as is the norm it is hot and humid in the Philippines and being from the Northeast US. I was not used to that. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. It was not luxurious but i had no problems sleeping. (I did ask for extra pillows, which i was charged a small fee for.) The pool was great and we spent a lot of time there. The shower in our room was broken (or at least we couldn't figure out how to make it work) But we came up with an alternative which I enjoyed. Having a free breakfast every morning was also nice, though it was small. (One egg, toast and coffee) But it was better than nothing. If i go back to Bais, i would gladly stay here again.

Charming place, rooms are low standard
Charming old restaurant, nice garden; they said it was a power plant. The room was divided from the next room by a thin door, we could understand every word of the neighbours. A group of guests had their gathering outside, we had the noise. The food in the restaurant is below average and overpriced. The restaurant is noisy from the road.

Decent stay for low cost
Stayed here for a night during our visit to manjuyod sandbar. Rooms in top floor are renovated , beds are not in great condition. if you have tough time sleeping, you should look for another place. Not many options in this city. The restaurant onsite has decent food and they have a nice swimming pool.
