Our room are located at the ground floor. The staff, are very noisy outside our window so irritating food are so very expensive but not in a good taste, we will not going to go back here anymore.
it's great but not the breakfast .. it's expensive.. 400 is not worth
The room of the hotel is clean, spacious and nice. The entire staff are very accommodating. Overall It’s a great place to spend with the one you love.
I don't know if it is the utility who cleaned the room or guest, but the way the slap the door, horrible and noisy.

Nice staff.. My only comment is that it doesn't have view of the taal lake or other sight of tagaytay.

Staycation, could improve the smell of the room but overall was a good place.

When we requested for extra bed upon check-in, the hotel staff said they will provide but they didn't get back to us. We followed up at night time, and that's the only time we realized there is no extra bed available. So, I had to sleep in the sofa and the kids squeeze into 1 queen-size bed. This was very uncomfortable. This was supposed to be a new year celebration for our family but it turned out to be a disaster. We requested for cancellation for the next day, but nobody seems to be able to answer our request. They can't seem to say that our booking is non-refundable, they just kept us hanging, the receptionist even asked us to contact their admin office - which should be their job. It seems that their culture is not to say "no" or "not possible" to their guests, but they are not able to take any action on it. In the end, it is frustrating. When I asked for soft-boiled egg at breakfast, they said to check with the chef and served me sunny-side up egg. No big deal, but they should at least say something like "We don't serve that here."

If you will be in Tagaytay, choose other hotel, maybe nearby, because this one isn't the best choice. I don't recommend this hotel for some reasons: 1. The hotel crew are friendly but they are not confident answering basic questions. 2. The manager does not have a genuine welcoming presence. He is too emotional and seemingly grumpy. There was a family complaining when we arrived because it's passed two but they were not in the room yet (rooms aren't ready at 2pm for checking in), everyone waited almost 30mins prior to check in. The manager was grumpy to the guests. 3. They didn't value my time. I asked them what time the breakfast would be. They said 6:30am. I was ready at 6, then go to their cafeteria at 6:30, they apologized because the cook arrived late, I waited till 7am. When they took my order, it took them a long time. Since I have to leave at 7:30, I decided to cancel my order and left the hotel hungry and angry. 4. One staff were cleaning the door right next to my room noisily at 6:00am! I don't understand that. Overall, it's a fine hotel, but everyone was panicking. Service is not good. Hotel is clean.
