Guests coming from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport have an additional 33-minute drive to make to get to the property. It’s a six-minute walk from the Quirino Avenue LRT Line 1 Station, and 10 minutes away from the Pedro Gil LRT Line 1 Station. The University of the Philippines-Manila is 12 minutes away by foot.
Rooms at Leesons are divided into four types: Superior, Deluxe, King, and a One Bedroom suite. All rooms have air-conditioning and free WiFi access, as well as a balcony. A private refrigerator and a television with cable channels is also present in the rooms. The en suite bathrooms have a hot and cold shower and a set of bath amenities.

Very clean and staffs are very nice and accommodating... near in 7-eleven and near at robinsonmall ermita, except that they don't have a restaurant inside the building, and also the wifi connection is not good but there is a small carinderia beside their building, cheap but awesome and foods were so good. Walking distance in lrt taft.

The ac didn't work,very hot and there isnt water in the bathroom until 10.00 pm.the tv hard to operate.luckily the staff finally change my room.i think the manager must check every room every day and make sure everything work well before a guest check in.

For the 4 days of staying in this hotel, the door key card was not functioning and it was not fixed. No elevator, you have to climb all the way up by stairs, not good for the elderly.

They assigned us to 5th floor and the hotel doesnt have an elevator. The day after we requested to bring our breakfast in our room and they asked for a payment which is 35 pesos per plate. We accepted the charge just to avoid the inconvenience of going down and up. On the other hand, the room was clean.
