Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Location was perfect as it was right on the beach in the middle of lots of Bars and Restaurants. You will be spoiled for choice. There was a great deal of activities to do on the beach. And i liked that this was all within walking distance. Only two things i would criticise. First being that i didn’t understand the room cleaning policy during my stay. So my room wasn’t cleaned and towels wasn’t changed in the 5 days i stayed. (however, i did have 2 shower towels for a one person stay) and the second was that they have a big karaoke machine next to the restaurant and pool area. I found this to be randomly switched on during the afternoon and was extremely loud. Something to bear in mind if you want to relax by the pool or in the bar. I could hear this from inside my room. Over all staff was really friendly and accommodating and the hotel was a pleasant place to be.

Salt Water coming out of the shower and sink. The patio door wouldn't close and the room door wouldn't open all the way so we were forced to change rooms only to find another patio door wouldn't close in the second room. Floor is always covered in salt a dirt because of the salt in the tap water. Restaurant charging double what places next door charge and poor food quality.

The only good thing about this hotel was the location. The room was awful. Toilet so close to the facing wall, you had to tuck your knees behind your ears to take a dump. I booked the 'modern' standard room, which I think meant it came with electricity! Broken wardrobe, no kettle or tea/coffee, poor bar service, no room servicing, the list goes on. If you plan to spend your days swimming, diving, drinking and eating out, and you just need a place to crash, this may fit the bill. But it's way overpriced for what you get. I'd look elsewhere if I were you.

Really expenssive for what it is. It was raining in my bathroom from the ceiling same in the hallway. It's a place that need a lot of love. Rusty robinetery in the bathroom mirror in badshape. Beds are confy and ac works well. I had somewhat good time there but still pricy. It is all about the localisation right on the beach

The room was smelling terrible of must and mold. All the faucets were crowded and did not work properly. The restaurant and bar never had a soul in them. The staff were very pleasant.

Staff was helpful but the room left much to be desired. It took a masters degree in plumbing to get the shower to work. Sand in the sheets. Bad oder in the room. Light fixtures non functional. Need to be renovated asap.

It’s beautiful! Right on the beach! So nice to have coffee sitting at their restaurant and looking out over the ocean.

Great property, beach front location and rooms are decent for the price. It’s my go to hotel when in Bohol.

They were doing construction on the beach in front of the hotel and you couldn’t see the beach and had a walk along way around the fenced off areas

Room (one of their higher priced rooms) is in a poor state and in need of repairs. Air conditioner needs to be cleaned.

Great location and for price great hotel. A little dated but priced right. But absolutely perfect location on the ocean by all restaurants and bars. Front desk staff not overly helpful. Dive shop not affiliated with hotel and I would not recommend dive shop. I would recommend hotel
