Staycation

First impression: helpful security personnel who assisted me in parking our vehicle, take note, parking is very limited. We had to wait a little while for the elevator to take us to the front desk on the second floor, which also serves as a communal area. It could get busy and loud in there as it seems to also serve as a co-working space. Right away, in the first room they gave us, we noticed how filthy everything was. There was a musty smell; Blood stains on the sheets; Lots of hair and crumbs of snacks on the floor; Poop stains on the wall just behind the toilet. We had to complain and ask for a new room. We were staying with the kids. It is simply wrong to stay in that room. It took them a while to have us transferred to a new room. Young people and members of the LGBTQ community appear to enjoy this hotel. Everyone is welcome at the hotel, but I wouldn't suggest it if you're traveling with children or just want to unwind. It appears that they allow people to host parties inside the rooms, and let me tell you, it can get quite loud. Walls do not help at all. You can hear normal conversations from the other room, but what more if they are drinking, singing, and laughing so loudly? The whole stay was very awkward because it looked like we were the only guests that had kids. Everyone else were groups of young adults, who looked like they were either coming home from work or going to stay for the night with their friends. Although their Wi-Fi connection is good and the internet is fast enough, be aware that it is not secure. It doesn't isolate your connection and your device will be visible to anyone connected to the same network. While watching Netflix with the kids, someone from another room tried to cast an adult film onto our Chromecast and take control of it. I immediately disconnected from their free Wi-Fi and used my own hotspot instead. To be fair, most of our room requests were granted, like extra pillows and towels, but only to an extent. We had the chance to try their breakfast buffet that came with the room. It was only available during the weekend, though. Food is good enough and filling. Not going back, I'd book a hotel that will allow me to relax, child-friendly, and respects your privacy.

Everything’s good except the shared bathroom. Showers were broken, and shampoo and bodywash were always empty in the morning like no one’s refilling it.

Family vacation

Good location, good room. But not that clean because from the first day, it seem that they did not sweep / mop the room, because there were lots of chicken crunch in my room and the next days, I asked the housekeeping to clean my room, but they did not sweep the floor (the upper floor at barcada family room).. The tissue on the table next to the basin, it was empty, but they did not fill it back until the next 2 days. I have put the towels on the floor , the housekeeper took the towels, but did not give new towels for us. I booked the room (breakfast included), but my name only written on their breakfast guest list once (from total 4 days staying). On January 29th 2020, I have queued to tell my room number before I had my breakfast, but when my time comes, the woman at the 13th floor at the breakfast guest list desk saw 2 men (white men) just came out from the elevator & she walked towards them to ask their room number and ignored me who have waited. So in my opinion, their hospitality to asian people was not so good.

Family vacation

We hated our stay. Very rude guard and staff. The room has bad smell, the window was left opened when we entered that can cause accident esp for children, the vault was closed and when we asked them to open it they were very pissed. As if it's our fault. The staff in the lobby was very unaccomodating. Plus, the guard won't let us park our car in the available slot knowing we are a guest but we saw him let other car parked in that slot and surprisingly gaved him money to put in his pocket. Sadly, it's a free parking for checked in guests on a first com basis. We came first. Now, we agreed to go down at 5am to move the car if a car will park at the other slot but to find out that they will just let us go down to just to argue at 5am. The guard was so bad. This was the worst accomodation ever. Hope they will change this arrogance but for now we need the refund for this matter!

Romantic Vacation

stay was good overall. only let down was they did not provide towels which I only noticed around 8pm. that’s the only time when they said towels are not available until 6am the next day. but then I looked for a supervisor then voila they handed me towels. I just hate the fact that I feel that I had to beg for towels when they should provide it upon checking.
