Family vacation
Are you kidding me this is a room type that you show me on web? Today is the first day of Lunar New Year and I spent whole day sitting on plane and bus to finally get a room like this? No WiFi in this room at all, no hot water, it’s 100% different to what I saw in website. My boyfriend and I had to sit outside to get WiFi to text my family at home. What a ridiculous vacation! If you guys don’t solve the problem and refund money for me, I think I’ll continue to complain to your head office. Luckily there are 2 nice ladies help me to move room to beach front cottage without AC on 7 Feb but honestly, it’s a joke and I need to alert people!

This was the worst stay ever in my entire life. I booked for seafront cottage but when I arrived, they said it is not available and gave a cottage somewhere at the back. Way to the cottage was very dirty with water, sand and rocks everywhere. Room had a very strong smell and it was still not ready even after check in time. When complained, only option given was to talk to traveloka to try and claim refund and leave. There was no wi fi except just at the reception. Bathroom door doesn't close, and there is no water heater in the bathroom. There is no rod to hang towels or clothes as well. They don't provide any soap or shampoo or anything like that. The entire place is horrible and poorly built and managed. I won't recommend anyone to stay here. It is not worth the money and there are better places to stay. Service and quality levels are just unacceptable.

Affordable, on the beach and comfortable. There are many places nearby and it does feel like they are on top of each other, but it was quiet at night and much calmer than staying in town. It's difficult to find a nice place in El Nido without spending a fortune. This place was fine. It is very rustic since you are staying in a bamboo bungalow. Water comes and goes and the pressure is never strong. The view is beautiful and there are plenty of places to eat on this stretch of beach. Boat tours can be arranged from here without having to go into town.

For those who want to be immersed in nature, Lugadia Beach Cottages in Corong-Corong Beach, El Nido is an excellent choice. The hotel is comprised of rustic cottages made of local materials lined up against Corong-Corong’s shore, giving guests an amazing view of the beach.
The cottages are cozy and made with traditional Filipino materials, which keep them cool and breezy despite the tropical climate. There are fan rooms and air-conditioned rooms available to cater to different needs. Each accommodation comes with a bed with freshly cleaned linens and a mosquito net for fan rooms. All cottages have their own private bathrooms which come with a shower, toilet with bidet, towels, and complimentary toiletries. Each cottage has a patio where guests can view the sea. In the afternoons, guests will be treated to a view of a beautiful sunset from their cottages. The hotel offers free WiFi for guest’s use, which can be used in the hotel’s public areas.

In the general vicinity, guests will find many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The hotel staff can help guests plan their adventures around El Nido.
