Sea side apartment. no idea why this hotel or whatever it's called has several different names and is positioned in a bad location. no food service at the place so we always had to eat out and transportation was a nightmare too. would never recommend the apartment. I'd rather slept on the streets that that place

There is no restaurant available so you have to purchase your food before hand. they have cooking wares ref and electric gas stove available so you can purchase frozen food. Rice cooker is also available. I can't even believe it, but an automatic washing machine is also available inside the room. it's just like bringing your house to this amazing view. huge room. bed is super comfortable, staff was very helpful. jeepneys also pass the area so you can ride from there going to malls in cebu. prepare your 500 pesos though for cleaning fee. everything here is worth more than what you are paying. highly recommend!

Nice amenities bad location. it's like out of nowhere. far from the city. clean and comfort though. they asking you 500 for cleaning your room for your stay on your 1st day. then 100/day for cleaning service and it cost more defends how mess your room is. But cleaning your room everyday is not compulsory though. so you need to take out your garbage on your own.

Visited the Mactan Seaside Apartments with friends for a staycation. When we arrived at 3pm, there was a brownout, which ended at 6pm. The generator was on, which allowed us to use the refrigerator and some lights only. The brownout was not the owner's fault, yes, but they could have at least extended our check-out time longer (they only extended our check-out time by 1 hour). Perhaps they could have offered a chargeable electric fan or something to lessen the heat in the room. It was great that there was a kitchen with utensils, but their stove was electric, which means we couldn't start cooking until electricity came back at 6pm. It would also have been better if rags and more tissue were provided. The pool looked great and well-maintained but we weren't able to try it because we ran out of time. WiFi was strong once electricity was on.
