The location was perfect since it's just across Ayala Mall. A good value for the money. It would be nicer if the bedroom floor is carpeted.

Very Good

84 Traveloka customers have stayed in this hotel and given reviews:

I was given a packed breakfast because I had to leave hotel at 3am. I didn't know I could request for that in place of buffet breakfast. It was a big plus. I will surely stay again in this hotel.
Good. Hope next time they have utensils in the room
Great facilities, we enjoyed our stay
My boyfriend and I had a great time. The staff were accommodating. The room was superb. Amenities were sufficient. The WiFi however wasn't working during our stay. Overall, we had an amazing stay.
I will definitely go back to this place

All good.
The mandarin is owned by a Chinese company but is European in style. Have stayed here on 3 occasions and had no reason to complain. Good value with mid range prices and 5 minutes walk from one of the largest malls in Cebu

awesome food
i stayed there for two nights, and i would like to commend their food. it's superb! kudos to their chef. though, there was a problem with the aircon on my 1st night, when i woke up in the morning, there are icicles on the carpet under the aircon. i was transferred to another room after i called the front desk. pros: 1. good food 2. good value for your money 3. attentive and friendly staff 4. walking distance to AYALA, ATM, and other stores cons. 1. long waiting during check in (probably because there is an event when i stayed there) 2. the aircon that need maintenance. if given a chance to stay there again, will i stay there? A BIG YES!

My favourite hotel in Cebu
I tried some hotels in Cebu City and this one was my favourite. Through Accord I was able to book a suite with breakfast (quite decent) included for 2 people for just 2800 php a night on a weekday. Then I spent 8 more nights, they just asked me for the same rate. Location is great, near Ayala Mall. Impressive price/quality ratio.

Hotel in the Middle of the city
This is my first time with this hotel and first expression upon check in was great. Front desk experience was great, quick. Room was spacious and clean despite the size of the hotel looks like they have enough staff to take of the rooms. The only downside for me was the buffet breakfast, since this is a large hotel it is expected to have a crowded restaurant which for me is too much to deal with. If crowed does not bother you this hotel is perfect, for me buffet breakfast was the deal breaker. They are not able to keep up with the food, always run out of something like eggs, milk or sausage. It looks like the kitchen cannot keep up with the demand. Aside from the buffet, this hotel is a great hotel to stay.

Stayed one night with no problems
This was definitely one of the nicer hotels we stayed at during our month vacation in the Philippines... and we stayed at A LOT of hotels. We didn't intend on staying the night in Cebu, so finding this place was great. We needed a room that had proper A/C (we were nearly dead from the heat and humidity), and a strong WiFi connection. This place was a lot more expensive than we wanted, but it was close by, and we weren't about to start counting pesos. They have security guards that open the doors for you. And you walk in to an elaborate, beautiful lobby. Check in counter to your right, elevators to your front, and a large dining space to your left. We were only able to book a 2 bed room, for the 3 of us. The beds were small, so two to a bed was not happening. They gladly brought up a roll-away bed, and made it up for us. We rock papered scissors for who got the roll-away... loser was me. But I was quite impressed that the roll-away beds they used were far more superior than the ones I've slept on in the past - this was great news for my back. We also ordered some room service, which was a nice convenient perk. A huge bowl of rice porridge with a hard boiled egg. The porridge was bland, and they didn't offer many condiments to add to the porridge. We had a bag of chicharones which we smashed up and added into the bowl. This helped some. The best part about this hotel was the huge huge breakfast buffet we woke up to. They literally had everything from meats, rice, noodles, soups, oatmeal, cold cereals, pastries, eggs, etc. We literally stuck around and had 3 to 4 passes at the buffet. I would recommend staying at this hotel if you plan on staying in Cebu for longer than 2 days. While more expensive, I think the great accommodations the hotel provides is well worth the price.
