Bad comment: Property is a bit old. Bathroom smells the first time I entered. Hard to flush haha. We even called out for help. Air-condition unit works but does not make the room cold enough. Room's too dark. Dirty towels. Water flow not good. Staff were not as friendly as from other hotels I've been to. Good comments: I paid for less than 1,300 for this property and I'm impressed that breakfast is included. (No enough choices for breakky but that's totally fine) location is great. Easy access to Fast food chain. Not recommended for staycation. But if you just need a place to sleep in overnight, then it will do.

The room and the bathroom might not be as clean as you would like but just air your concerns to the front desk and they'll gladly attend to your concerns.

- Family vacation
On our first day the toilet got clogged and the water overflowed. While the staff were prompt to assist us, they did not disinfect the bathroom. We immediately asked for a transfer, which took them a while to grant. When we followed up, they were surprised that we still wanted to transfer rooms! The pillows were lumpy and the food not so fresh anymore. At any rate, the location was really good since it’s accessible and near most establishments.

The room went beyond my expectations!

It’s a gloomy kind of hotel. But affordable since i used my 20% discount. It’s near ayala mall and pubs. I booked and paid for 3 days but decided to leave on my second night because my vacation mood got out of place. You have to leave 500pesos deposit and youll be able to get it back onc you check out.

Bed was sagging, monoblock chair by the table looked dirty. Room had no double lock. The location is not safe to walk to the malls st night. Breakfast tasted bad and rice had a smell. You are asked to deposit 500 pesos upon check in when you have already paid your room upon booking. How cheap. Other better hotels don't require a deposit.
