Family vacation
Location. With breakfast. Front desk was friendly. Less price sa extra pillows etc. Big room. Pool. Maintenance lang esp the elevator because its quite old. Plus the switch it's busted naa instances ma off and power. Bellboy carried the lighter Bag I was carrying 😂😂😂😂 anubayan.

Romantic Vacation
They charged me 50 pesos just for heating my pizza in their kitchen which only lasted for 2 mins. Their kitchen staff was rude and he slammed the door before me when I asked for an official receipt for my payment. Their elevator is bad and when I checked the certificate, the last time the elevator was approved by authorities was back in 2013. Their deluxe rooms have cockroaches running around with no fridge at all. The linens were dusty I don't know why so we were sneezing the whole time we were there. The parking space in the basement was also awful! There's pieces of garbage everywhere. Their swimming pool was also dirty. Looks like the water has never been replaced for months. The security personnel was also caught sleeping during the wee hours of the night. This place is dirty, disgusting, rubbish, not safe for guests, and a fraud!

We were here last Oct. 6, to celebrate my my 30th birthday. We booked a standard room thru app for 1258... The people there are warm welcoming. The hotel is not that new especially the elevator but the room is very spacious and well maintained with cable tv. The WiFi connection is very good... The swimming pool is not too big but still nice because it's overlooking... The breakfast? that was unexpected... I'm expecting something cheap because we paid less for the room but they served us yummy breakfast with free coffee/juice. I recommend this place for staycation. Affordable and it is worth your money.. Plus walking distance lang ang jollibee 😂😂😉😉

I booked for a non-smoking room and they've given me a smoking room which also wasn't even that hotel-standard clean yet, the price is totally worth the service. But despite of that, the rest are okay and the area of the hotel is near to the city's tourist spots.

Really unsatisfied, the room no cable even you stay up to 3 days not fixed. the light switch broken might be ground. this toilet and bath not fixed. shower really disgusting, the food serve like a construction worker.. sorry ha but not in your expectations in the internet shows... my first time. in cebu I choose your hotel rather than bay-front and the other I saw when I was strolling around the city... I really never cone back to your hotel. And some guest are also complaining the food..some crew give whole fried bangus some 1/4 only. and please even the hotel is not so good but if you give them nice food hot and serve us like a guest we recommend you or we come back for sure.. thank you ..
