Stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel from the outside looks old but the inside looks fine. Free WiFi and juice while waiting at the reception area. their staff are professional and willing to help. It is located near robinsons place manila where it has everything: Movie theater, restaurants all kinds, clothing stores, etc. beside the hotel are classy bars and spa. So in totality, my family had a great staycation at manila manor hotel.

The Hotel itself is a prime time location. It’s near everything from restaurants, to shopping mall, and spa salons. The workers are getting much better with customer service. The hotel does have a restaurant in the lobby., but when you looking at it., as if the restaurant is not in service. I highly suggest to let the front desk know that your eating in. They do have great prices and great food for the money. The hotel and rooms do need tender loving care! The maids can do a better job if they are trained properly in cleaning room. Like the curtains in the room that is in there for several months.. this collects a lot of dust. The showers may not be in working conditions as you like it but it’s passable. Overall., for the internet price they offering, this is a great place to stay. If your looking for a 4 stars hotel than I highly suggest you go to a 4 star hotel. This is not a 4 star hotel! When comes to insects... they may have it once in while, but it is what it is! I had my room wipe down and mop with Clorox . That seem to solve the problem when I stayed here for several days. It’s decent and very affordable and they workers are getting better of what they good at. Great job Guys keep up the great work!

The room is nice and spacious, and clean. The bathroom is somewhat OK. I hope they change the shower head 😁. The food is a bit pricey 😁🤭, but the staff are all nice and approachable, accommodating, and friendly. They always answer and serve you with a smile. I'll definitely check in there again 🥰.

The hotel is in the state of decomposition. It needs a major maintenance and renovation. It was terrible! There are cockroaches. The WIFI is not working. The public restroom and room bathroom is disgusting. The ceiling and window is like a nightmare. The staff are friendly and helpful. I feel sorry for them.

The good thing is the staff are very friendly & accomodating. But I think the hotel is too out of shape and this is a management thing, not staff. 1. Wifi is not even good to browse or do zoom calls with, I bought 20 gb mobile data just to be able to join my remote meetings. Sometimes the wifi will work but its very intermittent. For those who know some tech, I did an endless pingtest and the Ms. Can jump to 2000 or rto. Didn't bother with speedtest. 2. The room is cleaned but I think there's a limit to how clean a 40 y/o hotel can get without renovation. 3. Ants. Everywhere. You eat food in the room, not even 30 mins later, you have ants. 4. The 19 or 22inch TV is just good for decoration. It can't even display channels clearly. Get ready for a migraine if you try to watch TV. 5. No cockroaches, meaning the cleaning staff is doing their job well. But ants is still a big nuisance. 6. Ac was cold but very very noisy and was leaking water on the floor. Conclusion, this is a good place to stay if you just need somewhere to sleep. Just sleep. No TV, no net. I really appreciate the hard working staff too. Close to robinsons place so location is good. Really really needs a complete touchup.

The facility is poor. Their CR is not presentable. Cr door knob was hard to open. Bed is hard, not comfortable to sleep. Elevator only up to 6 floor supposed to be 7th floor. Elevator works has defective.

We had a great stay in this hotel. Though it is old, it doesn't diminish the fact that the room is well maintained, very clean and roomy also. Being near to Robinson ' s mall was a plus. I would come back and recommend this to my friends.
