Welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Check in was a breeze. Beautiful spacious room with plenty of space for relaxing. Wonderful accommodations. Free shuttle to departure area. Good variety at buffet, comforts of home and local food. Would choose to stay here over the Sheraton where we stayed a week prior to our one night at this property. We attended a wedding here and it was fabulous!

The hotel is clean, and all the staff are friendly, courteous, helpful, and respectful to everyone. Our room cleaning attendant has been especially trustworthy, consistently keeping the room well-dusted and perfectly arranged.
The only suggestion I have is regarding hygiene protocols: it would be helpful if trash cans were provided with liners or trash bags, and if cleaning attendants were supplied with disposable gloves. This would help keep their hands clean and reduce the risk of spreading bacteria, especially when handling towels, bedsheets, blankets, glasses, coffee cups & utensils.

The air conditioner was broken. Waited hours to switch to another room. Room service food was the worse I ever had. After 2 days of staying there I got violently ill. Had to go to the ER. Missed my flight back. Had to move to another hotel.
