Good and fantastic! I will definitely recommend the place.
We enjoyed our stay! Had a great time.
Excellent service! The hotel staffs were very friendly
Location is excellent but overall service needs improvement
Only downside was there's no bidet but overall its awesome!
The best experience we've had in Marco Polo. The staff are great, very accommodating and they were able to provide us in everything we need. 5 star for a 5 star treatment. We'll definitely go back. We love it!
At first we got there in the parking. Nobody helped us carry our luggages. Heck even open the door and press the elevator for us. We may look shabby but dude we already paid. Then we had to wait at the hotel lobby. Again nobody helped us carry our luggages upstairs.
Excellent hotel for a quick getaway.

Huge Room
A 60 square meter premier room (it's not even a suite) with a partial view of the famous Manila sunset...can"t ask for anything more..priceless ! This hotel is located in the Ortigas business district. The popular shopping malls are 20-25 minutes away by foot. The new Ayala 30th mall is a 15 minute walk.

Pricey but cozy lunch buffet
We had lunch buffet at Cucina of Marco Polo Ortigas last weekend. It was nice because it was a slow day and the place was not thay crowded even at past noon. The appetizers were not that many and there is nice soup station. The selection for the entrees are not that many - we saw some Japanese, Indian and Filipino choices. The roast offering was pork loin and beef. My only comment for the carving station is the lack of staff to attend to your request for slices of the roasts. We have to wait for whoever is available to carve the meet and efficiency becomes an issue here. They have a decent bread station but the selection is not that many. The Filipino section is just okay too; not so many options to choose from. I like the dessert station; the cheese ice cream was really good as well as the ube. The limitations of this buffet is due to its space constraints. There's a comfort room inside the restaurant but the auto soap dispenser does not work; hope they fix it.

Holy Week Stay
Check-in was fast considering the number of guests in queue. Being a "greenhorn traveler", I was delighted with the front desk attendant's thoughfulness when she gave us a quiet, corner room away from the noisy bustle so my family can relax in peace. The room was huge! I booked a Superior Room but what we were given was waaaay better: - partitioned bedroom - spacious antechamber and lots of storage space - bathroom with tub and separate rainfall shower enclosure - true-blue king sized bed with immaculate linens - wall-to-wall dresser you can put lots of stuff on We could stay all day cooped up in the room as it was super comfy! Only gripe was the absence of a toilet bidet and lack of view (but then again, we're at the center of a business district so what can I do 😆). Pool was indoor and heated. Infinity effect as the pool was beside floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city. Avoided the crowd / peak period so that I could dip in with my toddler without the sardines feel. Haha. Towels and refreshments were in abundance. Lifeguards and attendants were always within sight in case we needed anything. Ample seats and nooks to lounge on but its holy week so its still pretty crowded. Haven't tried the jacuzzi as well - hopefully next time? Again, same scenario for breakfast. The volume of guests necessitated opening another function room to accommodate hungry droves. Seating was still the same: efficient! Breakfast spread sufficient. Jams and honey superb (local brand)! We were stuffed! Overall, money well-spent! Oh, and their bakeshop doughnuts are to-die-for! A perfect way to end our stay! 😋

Superb Premiere Room!
Nice and refreshing lobby at the 24th floor with welcome drinks. Checking in is fast. Our room was upgraded to Premiere room for free with extra bed for free also! Since superior room at that time was fully occupied. Upon checking in there was complimentary fruits, coffee and water. The premiere room was perfect for us. Nice bed, pillows, tv and there was a charger for android and iphones. We had a perfect view overlooking Ortigas Avenue, to Rizal. Pool is also nice for kids since it is covered and water is warm. Locker room is beautiful, mom who have toddlers/kids can take a shower and dried up here immediately after taking a dip in the pool. My favorite is their spacious Bathroom - there's a nice bath tub, shower and toilet has separate cubicle so you can use it individually. Downside is no bidet =( Marco Polo is also accessible to nearest restaurant along sapphire road. There's 7 eleven also at the ground floor back door of the hotel, then restaurants like big daddy, starbucks, go salad, chowking, mcdo etc is just a walk away. They just forgot to send in the complimentary small cake for my 2 year old, which I requested before checking in. But overall we enjoyed our quick staycation to celebrate my 2 yr old son's birthday.
