Truly worthy of Forbes 5 star rating. Stayed for 2 nights with family and we all enjoyed our stay.
Room is good and great but the customer service in lobby is extremely bad! will never book here again.
- Romantic Vacation
Celebrate 5th year wedding anniversary, all staff are friendly and accommodating. Thank you for the complimentary cake and balloon, we are happy and satisfied all service.

All is okay. Lacks bidet and the booklets aren't clean. In our case there was an eyeliner sticking to the booklet.

Only 3 issues which I think should be addressed by the quality expected from a hotel like Marco Polo. We called marco polo before booking and they said that the parking is free but when I arrived, the self parking was full and I had to park in the valet parking which costed me PHP100 and the discomfort of letting someone else drive my car. The breakfast is good. I have some gripes and rated 3 on the food due to the following reason:the noodle section is not good. The flat rice noodles were sticking to each other which is an indication that it's not prepared properly and the soup is bland tasting. The bean curd (Taho) is not good too. The texture is not smooth and it's served at a room temperature whereas the proper serving temperature is either warm or chilled. I commend the other food though which are perfectly cooked and prepared especially the chana masala. The elevator design (UX) is confusing. The up and down buttons do not look intuitive at all. The elevators are laid out weird as well. On a positive note, at least there are ushers in the main areas to help the customer to not get lost.
- Backpacking
Very cozy place and the view. The city lights at night and mountains of rizal in the morning is very beautiful. The buffet breakfast is so yummy also. We will definitely be back.

We didn't get to enjoy the bar at night. My hubby was wearing the room for slippers because his feet were tired from wearing shoes the whole day.

We enjoyed our stay at Marco Polo. Check-in was fast. Room was big. Breakfast was good! Overall, it was amazing! Would love to stay again.
Quality ok for amenities, rooms and other hotel features. However, the service is not for a 5 star class. The check in process was slow, we were checked in at 3pm for the reasons that rooms are not clean yet. It is okay, but, no one is informing us. We have to follow up to the front desk everytime. Unlike any other 5 star, the employees are not that welcoming.
- Family vacation
It's Christmas day so the check in queue was long. I booked 3 rooms but two of the rooms did not become available until 4-5 pm, probably because of the holidays. We went to breakfast early at around 7-7:30 am to avoid the crowd which turned out to be a good decision because by around 9:00 onwards, there was barely any vacant seats. I just hope they will allow us late check-out as a compensation for the late room availability. The hotel itself is clean and modern, we also love all their amenities. If not for the holiday rush issue and the crowd, I guess it would be a more enjoyable stay.

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

  • Fee for buffet breakfast: PHP 1400.00 for adults and PHP 750.00
