The hotel is quite old. Bed is not comfortable. I had back pains when I woke up. I don't feel secured because someone might sneak in through the balcony although it has grills. You just have to make sure it's properly locked. What I only like about the hotel is the unlimited coffee.

The hotel is so good and great accessible to sm and other parks.
The experience I had was just fine.

Clean, just lacking the staff to make sure that all needs attended to. No toiletries in the bathroom and complimentary water.

After researching online, I chose this hotel based on reviews on another site. I was pleasantly surprised by the quaint layout, the view of the landscape, and the room. The WiFi didn't work at first and neither did the credit card machine. They are hoping to have it working tomorrow. The WORST thing so far is the never-ending karaoke. It is midnight and they are still going. It might be a lounge show but it is loud and very unblissful. Plus the WiFi keeps going in and out (weak signal). The bed is hard too. I would not recommend.

No "bliss" to speak about
We pre-paid our booking in this hotel from Dec 23 to 27, 2015. We booked for a Deluxe Room but we were given a smaller room upon our arrival. The rooms are very different from the photos of the rooms shown on their website. We complained thrice at the front desk and each time, we were given different responses. We were told at first that they have already been fully booked so there are no other available rooms for us to transfer to. When they learned that we will be canceling our booking, they have agreed to move us to a better room immediately. On the 3rd and 4th days, there was no water so we had to wait really long before we could take a shower. This is so unbelievable and unacceptable for a hotel! On the last day when we were about to pay our remaining balance, they ran out of paper on their credit card payment machine so they were not sure if the amount had been deducted from our card. We were delayed with our planned trips unnecessarily because of these hassles. Definitely not recommended.

Stayed here last May and we are much satisfied. 😊 We don't encounter any problem with our Reservation. Compare with the other Hotels near to the Session Road, Palazzo d Bliss was the one with Affordable Rate and with Approachable Staff. Thats matter most. 😊 One thing thats a bit annoying was the noise from their RestoBar, but you can still make a nap out of that. If you ask if I would like to stay again with this Hotel, my answer is ABSOLUTELY YES. 😁

We were not able to utilize the booking I made here in this hotel and i was not able to refund my money. Upon arrival at this hotel, we were ushered in to basement three floors lower into a dingy and smelly (smells like toilet) room. Ugly beds with dirty bathroom toilet. Towels that looked like has been utilized so many times ( color is already grayish). Just because they were fully booked. The main thing is that they (is it Agoda's fault) money has been paid thru Agoda for two nights reservation. As we were so hungry because of the long trip, we ate lunch/dinner at their restaurant and ordered sinigang na baboy, adobong manok, kangkong with garlic, rice, soft drinks. The pork was totally tough and the chicken adobo as well. It looked like that it was not thawed before cooking as the chicken still has blood in it, so I asked that it be fried again. After making do if whatever we could eat, we went back to the room assigned to us, but unfortunately my daughter throw up all the food she ate at the restaurant because of the bad bathroom odor of the room. My daughter decided to look for a better hotel. While waiting at the lobby for my daughter to return from trying to find another hotel, i met the owner of the place. He was such a nice, pleasant guy and told him our predicament. He tried his best to find a better room for us, but there was none available. He was not able to offer a refund of a certain percentage of the money we paid as he said we booked directly to Agoda. In the end, we were not able to stay in this hotel at all, and was not able to get a refund of even a fraction of the money I paid for the two nights.
