Still outstanding hotel, no complaints from the kids they look forward everyday for buffet breakfast, and to go swimming

Not bad for the price. Area of this hotel is kind of weird. When the downstairs store is closed, homeless people sleep nearby. I booked via expedia, and good thing I printed out my itinerary because the staff asked for it and kept it. I made the mistake of printing my other itinerary in the back of that paper and the staff did not let me get my paper back which was frustrating. There was always a security guard downstairs guarding the door, and would always take note on who comes inside and outside of the hotel. We stayed at the room with three queen size beds. It was a good and nice room and was clean. Stayed here for two nights. Only thing I would complain was the shower, the shower drain clogged and it was nasty. Imagine being the sixth person taking a shower after 5 people showered in front of you and having a very clogged shower drain.

There is no water at all, at dawn we immediately check-out. Apparently there every morning the water died, sad.

The hotel's location was kinda okay but the rooms are not neat and needs more improvement and adjustments the service was not good also. Hope they can improve next time.
