Guest(s) must keep their valuables in their safety deposit box, which is available upon request. The Hotel is not liable for the loss of money or other personal valuables. 9. The credit card (if provided) on file is only used as guarantee to confirm the booking. However, the hotel reserves the right to charge the 1st night payment against the credit card for any cancellation beyond the allowed time and for NO show. 12. It took 2hrs of waiting before they provide a room for us. We reserved and paid in advance like 2 weeks prior to our check in date to avoid hustle but still too long of waiting. They could't give us an available room until I talked to their Manager. Unforgettable experience!

The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is okay. Pool is not too big but it isn't crowded most of the time. The Hotel's venue is superb. All you need is in a few minutes walk. The bar at night is a plus too

I have stayed here for more than 3x already and have always loved my stay. Its nearest to my home so its convenient for me. The restaurants and places around are very clean and peaceful. Inside the hotel, pool is very clean and nice + love the interior design of rooms and lobby. Just need some improvements on food choices for breakfast buffet, then it’ll be the perfect staycation anytime.

Everything was awesome since it was are 3rd time we obviously love Mella. Their service, food and staff were excellent they are doing extra mile but unfortunately, I got an accident while taking a shower. my whole body fell off the floor as I reached my hand to where the soap was placed, luckily my head did not hit the wall. The floor was so slippery that the tiles seem not intended for flooring design but for countertop or lavatory. Maybe they should permanently put a mat inside shower area because not everybody is aware that the mat was under lavatory. Me and my 11 y.o. son just checked out 11 am and headed to ER to have X-ray for my spine. (Sorry I was not able to take a photo of how the floor tiles looked like.)

Mella Hotel is such an amazing hotel with very helpful staff. If there is one thing I want them to improve, that would be their shower heating as it doesn't heat properly.

I have stayed here for more than 3x already and have always loved my stay. Its nearest to my home so its convenient for me. The restaurants and places around are very clean and peaceful. Inside the hotel, pool is very clean and nice + love the interior design of rooms and lobby. Just need some improvements on food choices for breakfast buffet, then it’ll be the perfect staycation anytime.

Everything was awesome since it was are 3rd time we obviously love Mella. Their service, food and staff were excellent they are doing extra mile but unfortunately, I got an accident while taking a shower. my whole body fell off the floor as I reached my hand to where the soap was placed, luckily my head did not hit the wall. The floor was so slippery that the tiles seem not intended for flooring design but for countertop or lavatory. Maybe they should permanently put a mat inside shower area because not everybody is aware that the mat was under lavatory. Me and my 11 y.o. son just checked out 11 am and headed to ER to have X-ray for my spine. (Sorry I was not able to take a photo of how the floor tiles looked like.)

This is our first time here and definitely will not be the last. The kids enjoyed the pool, the breakfast was okay. Room is pretty nice plus we got it on a discount. Thanks Traveloka for letting us experience this.
