The service and friendliness of the staff is highly recommended. I think they are the best feature of this hotel. Internet was very slow though. I hope there would be more food choices during breakfast. All in all it was a very pleasant stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to my friends.

The girl in the front desk is not accomodating. 1st, she asked for deposit of 2k, I asked if I can give it after check in bec I am going to withdraw first but she insisted that we cannot check in without the money. So I needed to leave my sick wife at the lobby and went outside to look for atm machine bec she doesn't want to accomodate my request. Second, the next day I was asking for late check out but she insisted that we can not. I even asked what if we will extend for another night, can we stay at the same room coz my wife is still not feeling well but she insisted that we will be transferred to another room. So we just checked out and booked at other hotel. All the employees are ok except for that girl frontdesk, she's the downfall of the hotel.
