Why There is no bidet in our superior room
There was a bit of a mix up when we checked in, but the front desk officer was so nice and she apologized profusely that we could really not be angry at her even when we were already so tired and already wanted to go to bed. Great service and well-designed hotel.
Simple quiet but memorable. Nice amenities too.
We have great day staying in this hotel.
The facility was great and service was ok. Restaurant service was slow.
Very nice room and clean as well. The bed was also very comfortable. Staff were amazing, always ready to help on everything. Most definitely will recommend to everyone!

Stylish, New Hotel in Clark
This hotel was built in the last year or two and has a very modern, sleek look to it. Room was nice and comfortable, well appointed. Hotel Transportation service was good. Checkin/out was efficient. Not so Good..... Hotel is quite isolated...nothing else around or near (restaurants, shopping) so you are at the mercy of the hotel - especially with restaurant choices. on the surface, it sounds good - 5 restaurants/bars in the hotel but there really is only one restaurant plus a dessert shop and 3 bars. The bars have food but a very, very small selection on the menu and most is Korean. The main restaurant has a very nice buffet breakfast with lots of choices but a limited menu at night. You can eat there a couple of times and get bored. The bars are poor places to eat..the cigar lounge is nice but only has a handful of food items. The pool bar is closed at night. The 6th floor bar was okay but when I tried to go there one night to get a pizza and beer, they wouldn't let me in - "private event". So the food choices at night are very poor. Its not just me - my coworkers had the same observation. Unless you like Korean food, you will be bored or hungry. Wifi is free but very poor, it keeps disconnecting or dropping. I tried to make a VOIP business call and it would drop out every few seconds. Very annoying. This is probably the nicest hotel in Clark for facilities and rooms but food choices very limited and wifi terrible. Korean owned. Isolated.

Worth an overnight stay...
As is the case with any shiny object, we are stunned by the brilliance and newness. As is the case here, one can easily be swayed by the newness of the Midori Hotel and Casino. Barely one year old, it is a stylish, modern-looking hotel with equally modern rooms. Upon arrival, the staff brought us from the parking lot to the hotel by golf cart, a nice touch. We went through a very brief security check which for all intents and purposes is just window dressing. A more substantial pat down probably should be done of men, by a man; women appear to be somewhat hesitant to pat down a man and I was not able to see a female security guard pat down a female guest. After having a backpack screened after I entered the main lobby, which I also appreciate, we were greeted by a staff member that was very eager to help and was knowledgeable. We quickly went through the registration process and were given directions to our rooms. The rooms are very modern with leather couches + desk. They are finally appointed with a king size bed and all the amenities you would want for a hotel room. There is a small refrigerator with a complimentary bottle of water and two Cokes. There is no liquor bar or snacks. A new-to-me Benguet Borbon coffee setup was available and the coffee was very good. There was also a selection of teas with cream and sugar. There were plenty of electric outlets - I counted 9 iin my room within 15 feet of each other. There was also an RGA output, hdmi and usb port. The tv was brand new and had a great picture. There was a basket for your shoes to be taken for shoe shine for 200 pesos ($4 USD). There was an iron in the room and ironing board. The closet space was ample to hang up your clothes and there were several drawers for your clothes. The bathroom design was also modern/new age with my window looking out into the bedroom. There were several toiletries consisting of shaving kits, loufa sponges, toothbrushes and vanity set. There were several bottles of water that were complimentary and a hair dryer was also available. There were enough towels to last a few days I would be remiss if I did not add the negatives of the hotel - the bathroom was my stressor. The toilet did not have very good pressure. You had to push the side button to have more water flow to conduct an adequate flush. Not so bad if you were standing but if you sat down, well, you get the picture. There was a motion sensor for when you sat down but the capacity and pressure made the sensor irrelevant. The shower handle was the typical Asian handle where the head is on a metal rope and can move. The issue I had is the metal handle was located only at waste-high making you have to hold the unit to shower. It did not slide on a rod. I would suggest the Midori add rods to the showers to allow the shower head to be above you and not have to be held. Also it took a good 5 minutes for the water to get hot. The buffet - simply awesome. There were more than 100 items to choose from at the buffet and I may be missng a few. They were dumplings, roasted tomatoes, pancakes, waffles, probiotic drinks, tempura, sushi, yogurts, noodles, bacon, sausage. If you can think of something to eat, it probably was in this buffet. As I travel a lot, I would add this buffet to one of my top three buffets I have ever had. The buffet was included in our rate and I believe in most hotel rates at Midori the buffet is included. I would give their coffee a C rating, however. It was very watered-down. Unlike the coffee in the room, which was very good. All in all, this is a wonderful hotel to stay at. I did not have a chance to visit the casino but if you are a gambling person at least know your accommodations, in my opinion, will be exceptional. Peace and travel safe.

Excellent rooms, bad front desk
Very spacious lobby, well-appointed and large guest rooms and first-class facilities (gym, lounge). Disappointing experience at the front desk and concierge though. Much training needed for their front line personnel to bring service quality up to par

Very nice rooms and facilities
Lovely peaceful property. The rooms are large with balconies overlooking the garden and a bathtub on the balcony. There is a casino next door and the mall is about a 10 minute drive from the hotel. The buffet at the hotel is superb. Lovely variety and really good quality. Pool, spa and fitness center are also very good.

Nice hotel with 2 feedback
Hotel is nice :) 2 quick feedback: 1) the hotel rooms are loud when they close no matter how gently you close them. It was a bit disturbing everytime any floor within the floor closes :( 2)Also, there was an event held the same night we stayed there. It was loud and our room was directly on top of the party, maybe because we bought it at a discounted price via Deal Grocer. But hotel haa very nice ambience.
