Friendly staff and good food. Really entertained with the two parrots on their veranda. Nice place for relaxation. Their pool was nice however the pool was not that clean. Maybe because we are the only one who swim in that pool and not at the waterfront. Great but not convince with their cleanliness in the pool.
If I can give a 10 for this hotel, I will do it. Best experience ever. Location - it is situated in Rosario, Cavite. Commuting is not a problem at all. Ride Cavite City bus from Coastal terminal and ask the conductor to drop you off in Novelette, Landmark would be Mercury Drug and Jollibee. Then you would need to ride their "mini Bus" going to Salinas. It is not an air conditioned vehicle but this allows you to enjoy the nature. In about 15 minutes (depends on the traffic), you will immediately see, Mount Sea Resort. We used Google Map and it gave us the accurate direction. Staff - we were greeted immediately by their friendly receptionist. I just showed my voucher from my phone and they immediately locate my reservation and process everything. Smooth transaction. Everything was explained and the amenities included in our booking. The Room - this is the most important part and I was really surprise how our room looks like. Its clean, with complimentary water and coffee. The bathroom has everything I wanted from the toiletries up to the shower. The bed is covered with this very white and clean linens. I love the pillows available. How I wish I can ask for more. Everything is working inside Amenities - Aside from swimming pool, they also have KTV, billiard pool, and gym!! So like it. I really maximize their amenities, except for the gym.. Restaurant - Our booking includes free breakfast. It's so nice to have your breakfast while hearing splash of water from the nearby koi pond and just be amazed of the green trees and peaceful ambiance. So relaxing!!! Plus, they have this rainbow cockatoo. I have a lot of good words to say for this hotel and will surely be back.
At 1st check-in took us more than an hour , the staffs are so slow , you need to follow up every now and then so that they will prioritize you since you were there at first , no elevator , so if you have your elders with you , this pace is not the place for them , the pool is not crowded but you can see a lot of dirt in the water , the beach is overlooking only and very dirty on the sides , the food is delicious , most is the kare kare , pricey but worth it , staffs are all nice and respectful, rooms are big with complete toiletries, be aware to check first whats included or not in your package inside the room, 2 bottled water only should be consumed, 2 pair of white slippers is 4 hotel use only not free to bring home, make sure that glasses if water are complete and 2 key cards should be returned or 500 fine ., check-out took us an hour again, be sure to ask whats I included in the check-out fees like water, etc

Good place for family gatherings
My friend chose to celebrate her kids' 4th birthday here at Mount Sea. We rented the place in the middle of the pool which can cater to 30pax and up. We had a simple a simple celebration and a small program for the kids. The venue was perfect for a hot day. But here's the catch. The venue was a bit expensive, well at least for me. Although to be fair, they were cheaper compared to other resorts in nearby. The only thing is they dont have big rooms if in case you decide to stay overnight. they only have rooms good for two. They also have an in-house restaurant and they serve good food. Crews are polite and accommodating too. In total, i may say that my experience was ok.

Very friendly staff and beautiful surroundings!
Amazing and friendly staff who goes out of their way to accommodate any requests. Very nice pool with a slide, as well as pool bar. They have 3 parrots living there, one of them, the white one will tell you hello when he sees you on the patio of the restaurant.

Cozy place, fun activities, needs some improvement
We stayed for 3d/2n at Mount Sea Resort. It was our first time there. We were 3 families. Room - We were given room 101. The room was excellent. The beds and pillows were comfy. No weird smells. We got 2 extra beds for my boys. The extra beds were unfortunately, not comfortable. They were hard and mattresses were thin. The extra pillows were also hard. I know because I slept on one of those beds. Inside the room, you are given 2 free water bottles, coffee, sugar, creamer, tea and toiletries. They provide 2 sets of slippers for resort use only. The aircon is okay, easy to adjust. The cable tv was a huge disappointment. Most of the nice channels are locked (they have a cable box) so we ended up watching cartoons or Tagalog movies. The tv remote had weak batteries and we asked them to change it but it didn't work again so we asked them to change the batteries ulit. The bathroom is clean, with bath towels, hand towels and bathmat. Water pressure is good, with hot/cold settings but the water was briny (not too salty). Limited sockets in the room. Dining area - My least favorite place in the resort. The prices were (as many said) a bit pricey and the food was nothing spectacular. For the first night we ordered bbq rice and lumpiang shanghai. Shanghai was P300+ and the server said it was good for 4-6 people but when it arrived, it was only good for 2. The bbq was okay. My son liked it. Aircon in the dining area is almost nonexistent. When we arrived at the resort, we waited for check-in time in the dining area and we were fanning ourselves. The decors and table covers and blinds need some drastic makeover because they were very old-fashioned. They need to modernize the place. And yes, they need to fix the AC. Breakfast changes every day. For the first day there was asado (too fatty) and chicken-something. It was nothing spectacular. My husband ordered toast with bacon and the toast arrived cold. Their "fresh fruit" is canned fruit. Second day breakfast was tapsilog and usual American breakfast (toast was still cold). And half a banana. Haay... Massive improvement needed in the dining area. Pool - We loved the pool (hotel area). The water was clean and warm, depth was just right for my kids and there were lounge chairs in the water which was relaxing. There was 1 slide and kids enjoyed sliding there from time to time. The other pool though, the one open to the public, we never swam there. The place is too tight, with many rowdy people and sorry for the word but the water in that pool looked kadiri. I suppose with lots of people swimming in it, it would look that way. But yeah, it was gross. Obstacle Course - We went there in the morning when there was no one about and it was not too hot. It was fun to try the course. My boys enjoyed it but we didn't stay long. Mini-golf- You can borrow golfballs and clubs from the attendant. They have 9 holes. We did 2 rounds. It was a lot of fun. Billiards - My son wanted to try it out so they played one game. It is located in the lounge area. While they were playing, I watched tv. They also have a gym in the lounge are but didn't get to try it because we didn't bring rubber shoes. Lounge area looked new, clean and modern. AC was excellent! Fish feeding - You can buy fish food at The Dining Room. One small container (like where restos put gravy in) is P20. Fish feeding is only at 9am and 4pm (or 5pm - i forgot). Another fun activity. Parking - Parking area is big. There are some in the front and the back. Housekeeping - Their housekeeping staff is good. Our stuff were left untouched even after cleaning and arranging the beds and cleaning the bathroom. Service - You can ask for an extra key card for your room from the front desk. You can ask for pool towels from the attendant at the pool area but sometimes it takes some time for them to give it to you. The longest we had to wait was 40 mins so it would be better to ask for the towels before heading for the pool. Nearby - We opted to go to SM Rosario when we didn't feel like eating at the resort. You will need to drive there but it's not that far.

Great experience
I've tried their pool thrice. And I must say, we had fun. For those who are saying that it's " A WASTE OF TIME , MOENY & EFFORT". i HAVE SOME TIPS FOR YOU: 1. Plan your stay 2. Before you go to a place/resort, do your research 3. And most especially, expect a large crowd if it's on a weekend or Holiday. There are a lot of tips when travelling to somehow avoid or lessen your disappointments. Special Note: Don't be angry if the area is full of people. It's summer. You can't just stop people from coming BECAUSE IT'S OPEN FOR PRIVATE. unless you want a lesser people go to a membership resort. #just saying

checked in for 3 nights.hotel is nice and staff are friendly.. the prob here is they allow people to smoke in the pool area and dining area.. what i hate most is when somebody sneezed and put their booger on the water, it is really disgusting..that was really disappointing!!!!! kiddie pool is supposed to be for kids and not for flirty girls to do acrobatic moves in the pool and take selfies
