Far from the city but that's the good thing because the place offers a relaxation vibe free from the hustle and bustle of the city. We felt that we own the place since it is not crowded when we went there. Very nice and big room.
Service and food was great! Nice place to relax

Not too bad.
We arrived in the resort with no prior reservation and booked the Waling-waling room. We were lucky as there were not a lot of guests in the resort and we were able to enjoy our short stay. We ordered paella for dinner and sadly the food could have been better. It was a bit tad too salty, in my opinion. We also hoped that the prawns that came with it were a bit bigger than it were. The view is good, nothing particularly amazing but I can say it wasn't so bad. Wifi worked in the balcony of the room we stayed in. Bandwidth was good enough that I could send e-mails but not strong enough to make wi-fi calls. Breakfast was okay, nothing marvelous at the same time it wasn't too bad. Despite the non-white sand beach, we agreed that the resort was okay for a short, overnight stay. The staff said there were other activities available in the resort however we only needed a place to stay for the night. We were able to relax adequately for the next day's long drive. However, we'd like to address that mosquitos were constantly biting us which made the stay a bit uncomfortable for us. We initially planned to stay longer and consider driving a little late but the insects bothered us the most. Nevertheless, the staff was friendly. Kudos to Ricardo, the manager.

Peacefully Hungry
My family & I went here last Labor Day weekend to mix business with a little bit of pleasure. Although the beach sand was not white, the place did not disappoint. It was peaceful, relaxing & clean even though they were fully booked. The staff were also very polite, friendly & accommodating. We arrived at the resort around 12nn & we ordered lunch immediately because we were starving for travelling from Bacolod for 4 hrs. Unfortunately, we were able to eat lunch at around 2:30pm so my Mom & husband had to go to their meeting without eating. Since then we made sure to order our food at least 1hr before.

A Quiet Getaway in Negros
We stayed two days over the long weekend and we really enjoyed as the resort is very clean and quiet. The dive shop is brand new and the dive master was very helpful and well trained. My two daughters enjoyed the beach as well as the two pools. I would definitely come back here again. The pillows and bed were so comfortable ... even the towels were like 5 star hotel quality.

Really not what we expected...Poor quality price
The place is nice yes Room big ok but for that price we can have better for 4500 pesos we cannot close the door for the terrace nothing inside the cooler no water in the room no seat inside the room towel poor quality it's looks the room are just finished recently but not totally.. the bed is ok you cannot seat inside the room internet connection don't work. About the restaurant very complicated really you should decide your dinner at 4h30??? For the breakfast we give our order and our schedule at night after dinner because the lady asked.. and also we ride motorcycles so we like go early but until 6h45 it was 7h20 plus poor very poor breakfast.. if you ask for tea until coffee for breakfast additional charges just one eggs Whit small bacon no fruit nothing all is additional charges.. sorry for that price we have even in Manila or Cebu or Dumaguete good service and good breakfast!! I asked one banana the wetress told me it's an additional charges, breakfast one eggs small bacon and that's it?? Add on this that Saturday on Holly week end after noon some worker fixed a new roof bang bang bang...Sorry no

Lack of training: Lack of respect
Been here last Monday & this is by far our worst vacation! To avoid any hassle, Night before our trip we booked & paid room (Agoda) and after 5hour drive, the staff told us that we cant pay extra bed for 2 for our friends (we wanted to stay in one room), they suggested to have our friends stay in their backpackers lounge which is situated outside their resort. Then told us that outside food/drinks is strictly prohibited. Yup! The bad news keeps on piling up! So we asked to speak to their manager (Gigette). "No sir we don't allow this and that.." (On repeat) is what she can say to my husband. Not a single "sorry" considering that we are GUESTS and we came from a long drive, they said our room is ready but the linens are yet to be replaced & the lights are busted. Yes you are just following your rules and we understand but pls state your rules online so that guests may know. Come to think of it the resort isn't even fully booked that day you only had 2 guests! We looked up other rooms online and saw that they have room for 6 for 5k something. So i talked to the FO and asked about it if we can upgrade our room to that, the staff said yes we can and we just need to pay for the excess rate of the room. (They should've offered this room in the first place). So we tried to relax and forget about the incident. We had dinner outside the resort with the city's officials (vice mayor, head of tourism and councilor) we talked about our stay in their city then after dinner they talked to the manager. Come next day we asked for our remaining balance and to our surprise we paid 2.5k thru Agoda for our previous room yet they only acknowledge 2.2k since Agoda only paid them 2.2k and Agoda automatically gets their commission from the resort. Its not really our problem whats their agreement with Agoda because we paid for that amount it should be the same amount! If we haven't booked thru Agoda we might as well not seen/stayed in their resort. And if thats the case they should've informed me before we transferred room. We travel a lot and we have also stayed in one of the resort in Sipalay we also booked thru Agoda and we had minor complications yet they managed to upgrade and treat us professionally. we only paid for the extra, they didn't let us pay for Agoda's commission. Lack of training and lack of respect. Maybe not all but mostly the newly hired. Staff and manager said they are newly hired. We even asked to talk to the owner or who's in charge in the resort aside from the manager yet they told us that the owners are not around. We are not dumb we can see the owners are just there! The manager even reports to them. Why not talk to your guests and have it settled in the first place? We will definitely not coming back to this place nor suggest it to our family and friends.
