Really charming, rustic-themed place with excellent service. Very homey vibe but well-maintained. Lots of choices too in the menu which is really convenient since there are no nearby restaurants and other food places. Staff is knowledgeable and pleasant, they go out of their way to help you with your requests and you can easily book tours through them. Downside though is that the water service gets disrupted a few times so it can be a hassle when it happens and you really want to shower already. But it comes back on in full force after a while. Over-all, super enjoyed our stay here!!
It was a great experience staying in nature. The staff are friendly and accommodating to guest and the food was delicious. What you see in website is the same in actual. The place is awesome and so relaxing. They gave us also a free souvenir keychains. And the price or value is more worth it. Its a place to recommend. A place to visit again.

Very Bad

Overrated, very small property and isolated
I do not recommend this place at all even though their pricing for room and food is reasonable. Unless you have wheels, it is in a bad location, close to very little. There is a fish sanctuary not too far by boat plus a cave some 20 minutes walking, but that's it. The hotel itself is a 5 or 7 minute walk from the beach along a terrible uneven road with a slight steep drop to the sand ... not very pleasant at all. The beach itself is crowded with fishing boats ... not an ideal spot for sunbathing or swimming at all. The hotel property is so small and compact ... too tight in my opinion with limited common areas. In fact, the eating area on the ground floor is below 4 rooms which maximizes the use of the space available. The "pool" is a real joke and should be removed or converted to a fish pond. It is not attractive at all especially since it is full of dirty water. The food is good with good pricing although somewhat limited variety with availability of items always in doubt. The rooms are either small or average depending what you have selected. The hot water, if present at all, is fickle ... sometimes none, sometimes stops in the middle ... but at least cold showers are the norm in hot climates. Towels are cheap and not replaced. The sink and drain stank terrible of sewer smell which waffed into the bedroom ... not nice at all. The TV selections are all filipino except for CNN and Al Jezera ... but you shouldn't be watching much TV anyway. The staff are all personable but some more training is needed to properly cater to foreign guests especially from the western world (Europe, etc.). I was disappointed to be charged 65 pesos for so called "brewed" coffee which was not worth it because the standard breakfast only allows instant coffee ... but not told. Also, 20 peso charge per page for printing anything without being told ... not nice and I was disappointed to be nickled and dimed that way. Good hotels will allow you to print boarding cards for free at least. Personally I would recommend to stay elsewhere on this beautiful island which is better located and not so cramped (small) in its layout. But the operators are super friendly and good food. While the setting is somewhat interesting, I do not consider the environment particularly close to nature since there are many small private homes all around with typical noises from those residents (roosters, motorbikes, voices, etc.).

Nature Nature
The place makes you feel like you are one with Nature. You'll love the table setup in every meal that you will have. Each corner is very Instagram worthy. Ask the for their tours and they can make one for you. And that comes in a very affordable price.

Well Done
Adorable little spot. This place is for the early birds. The roosters are sure to wake you in the morning. Extremely peaceful here! ONLY draws back. Your need a motor bike or car being this place is slightly Secluded. Also the Pool isn't much, it looks like a over sized hot tub. But who needs a pool when your in Bohol...? This place is worth looking into

Quaint, little Get away place
Cute little place that will truly remind you of "probinsiya". You'll be driving through a cemented road and all of a sudden you're down a small little dirt road with chickens and roosters running around and goat eating grass and weeds by the road side. And then all of sudden you stop in front of a gravel driveway next to a shack and the other side is an open lot where people throws trash and few fruit trees growing. Justin the front desk greeted us with a smile and checked us in. Very friendly. They served us iced tea and we sat down to order lunch of bangus sinigang and my husband wanted fried chicken. Unfortunately, they were out of chicken---- already! And the next restaurant is about 40 minutes away so he had to settled with ordering pancit na lang. the menu is very limited for foreigners to eat but lots to choose for filipinos. For two days we stayed there, they're always out of chicken! The standard room is fairly decent. Enough just to shower and sleep. Half of the time the hot shower is not working. I have to say that the bedding need to be changed. It does not appear dirty but it smells of old musty faded bed sheets and pillow. Trust me, I'm not that picky but when you see pics and ads you expect to see it when you get there and do not!! They do offer to rent small scooter/bike for P600 pesos so you're free to run around Panglao Islands to the beach and town. My husband and I enjoyed that. Alona beach is about 40 minutes away and another 10 minutes to Dumaluan beach. Nice but it seems like the beaches had eroded tremendously. And sadly littered with trash and seaweed. We did some excursions to Mag Aso falls, Chocolate Hills and other places in Bohol. We love the mountain scenery for it reminded us of some parts of Hawaii. Tagbilaran is a very clean city! Truly impressive! Anyhoo, over all Natura Vista is a decent place to stay. The people who are looking after the place are very nice and accommodating.

Very relaxing
The place was next to an executive resort in Panglao. They had a sort of agreement with the resort to allow the guests from Natura Vista. It was a really good deal because we didn't have to spend much on the resort and we got to have the quieter and quainter experience in Natura Vista.
