So much to desire
Toilet has no hot water. Mattress already flat. TV is a measly 14" and not even led. Staff is not so nice. Beach is OK.... Black sand. Aircon was ok... It was cool enough. The resort is beach front but the beach wasn't as private as the neighborhood on the left side wasn't as nice.

Safe and Cheap
We chose this place because of its cheap prices. The place is safe, ample parking space and friendly staff. The gate is locked at night with a 24 hour guard. All rooms are located at the 2nd floor. Our standard room has a balcony, air conditioner, cable tv and own toilet and shower. The beds are wide but thin. Since we had 2 single beds, we decided to place one on top of the other. There's not hot water and it's ok since the water from the shower is not cold. Free wifi is available at the lobby. Fast and reliable. Complimentary breakfast is included with the reservation and it's always Hot dog, plain rice, fried egg and water to drink. Breakfast is served from 7-9am only. April Mayubay is very helpful. She was the one who transacted with our reservation, checking-in and checking-out. She answers calls, texts and emails promptly. The beachfront is very peaceful and rustic. Fishing boats are also lined up along the shore which adds to the authenticity of provincial life.

Safe place to sleep
Rooms clean and spacious, hotel clean, all rooms with air-conditioning, bedding a big let down beddings are too old, not cheap,15 minutes walk to get tricycle to go to Batac city, peaceful place during the day but at midnight roosters are too noisy. Rooster farming is next door to the hotel.Outside surrounding dirty including the beach as thesis been use as a boat parking by the fisherman.Fresh seafood from the sea caught by the local fisherman is available but not sure if the restaurant will prepare it for their guest when request. Bringing food and using the bamboo shelter will incur a surcharge

JUST A PLACE TO SLEEP OVER, Nothing more , Nothing Less
If you are looking for a place to sleep, shower and change your clothes then this place is OK. BUT if you a looking for a place with a good service, Near places where you can buy things and other amenities then do not even consider this place to stay. The staff where incompetent you can see that they are not trained to manage a great sum of visitors, the only plus for them is that they are friendly and courteous. The place can offer you very little other than the beach that has nothing going on other than the sea it self. The actual place is in the middle of nowhere and very far from the city and other major establishments. They do not even have a telephone on the room. Good thing is that the room was kept clean and the water in the bathroom was very good that you can shower with ease. Do not eat on their "restaurant" since it is soooooooooooooooo pricey and soooooooo disappointing.

Disappointing Service
Room was ok, nothing special but nothing horrible about it either. Their service was a big letdown though. The manager asked us the night before what time we were to have our breakfast. We told them 7am. I went down at around 7:15am and found some of the staff sleeping under the stairs. My friend went down to ask them to kindly prepare our meals already. But we ended up waiting 1.5hrs for them to prepare 6 orders of Longsilog. And each meal consisted of an egg, rice and 1 LONELY PIECE OF A TINY ILOCOS LONGANISA. Drinks not included. We didnt bother cos their 3 in 1 coffee costs P30 and canned juice was at P70. When we were leaving, nobody even bothered to open the gates for our vehicle. So please if you want to be treated like guests, do yourselves a favor and AVOID THIS HOTEL.
