the location was not a problem. but services like wifi is out of nowhere, there's a big rat in my room. and the smell outside my room was terrible.

Room was not clean, bathroom door’s busted, shower was rusty and not working, the toilet was disgusting. There’s too many problems to mention. Other budget hotels/hostels have more to offer than this one.

It was a very creepy and unkempt place. I think it's like a setting for a horror or slasher movie. The hallways were very dark and dirty. The room looks haunted.

No problem with staff. The place is simply too old and dilapidated. I have no issues with places that aren't well maintained (good places go bad, bad places close down) but this place was priced too high for what it can offer.

Can't sleep in this hotel. Sewage pipe runs along near the side of the bed headboard. Every time other bathrooms flush their toilet, it awakens you. Generally unsafe. If fire breaks out, limited alternate exit. To exit out to the lobby, have to run along a confusing narrow hallway. Shower head blocked with mineral salt and have to use the cold water from faucet for taking a bath. No extra convenience outlet. Only 1 set. If you want to charge your devices like computer and phone, you have to pull out the TV. If you want to use the ref to chill something, you have to stop watching TV! Wifi doesn't work even at the lobby. For the price of Peso 2,136 (USD 42) per night, its highly overpriced. Rate should be just < Peso 1,000/night for the guest to ignore the inconvenience and poor accommodation.

It offers both fan and air-conditioned rooms that are clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly. The hotel is just a stone’s throw away from landmarks in Dumaguete such as Silliman University and Rizal Boulevard.
Most room types feature air-conditioning, cable TV, a desk, a seating area, and a private bathroom with shower. Towels and linen are provided in most rooms. Children up to seven years old stay for free. Rollaway beds are available for an additional charge.
