It was good, food was delivered to the room. It was not costly.. However, they need to change the door lock since the screen doors cannot be locked. Also, when even if the door is closed the outsiders could see through your door through the sides :(

Service is good as accommodation is inclusive with breakfast and they followed our request for early breakfast. Place is quiet and you can relax. However, water smells rusty (don’t know if it's coming from their water tank or the pipes). Rooms can be improved as well.

You’ll get more than what you paid for. The room was spacious. There’s a cabled tv, comfortable bed and private CR. Please do not expect too much on the CR though. It’s set up is like a provincial CR but it’s big, the toilet has flash, there’s a sink (but with some rust) and a shower. The food was great too and all the staffs were really accommodating. Since our room was on the second floor, they’re delivering the food and we’re eating on the roof top with a view. Must try for those in a budget!

Located along Roxas Avenue Extension, Oliveros Place Kalibo is a budget-friendly dormitel specially built for the on-the-go traveler. The one-star property is a smart choice for guests who want to explore and experience the best of the colorful town without the fear of going over budget.
Checked-in guests can choose among the hotel’s 36 rooms, which are available in three different types: the Fan Room, the Regular Room, and the Big Room. Guests have the option to choose a dormitory type room or a private room, which feature an en suite bathroom. Towels and a complimentary set of toiletries are provided in all private rooms, while clean linen is provided in all room types. Monthly rates are available for guests who are looking to stay long-term. WiFi is only accessible in select public areas around the property and comes free of charge.
Guests have the option to pre-order a Filipino breakfast from the hotel’s Beer Hops restaurant, which is open daily. Other local dishes are served for lunch and dinner. The property also has a mini convenience store for quick snacks, as well as barbecuing facilities for guests who want to prepare their own meals.
The hotel’s reception area also doubles as a shared lounge, where guests can hangout, share stories, and watch shows on the TV. The rooftop is also a great place to unwind and enjoy views of the city. Oliveros Place also offers massage services, laundry, and airport transfers.
