All 84 rooms in the Orchid Inn Resort are comfortable and spacious, with sizes ranging from 21 to 60 square meters. The Standard Room can fit two people thanks to its double bed. It also comes with air-conditioning, a private bathroom, an in-room safe, a television set with cable channels, a mini bar and refrigerator, a work desk, a separate seating area, and free WiFi access. The Superior Deluxe Room is equipped with similar features but also comes with a separate seating area fitted with lounge chairs and a sofa, a balcony, and a view of the swimming pool and garden.

Guests can enjoy delicious local and international dishes while watching a sporting match at the on-site La Cantina Sports Bar. The sports bar also has a poolside bar section where guests can order a pick-me-up to sip on while basking in the tropical sun.

On the 1st night, i was place in the wrong room. Thankfully corrected the next day, but without room cost adjustment.. I paid a higher cost for the rooms, and they gave a economy on the first night.. The staff didn't make me feel welcomed at the poolside restaurant.. No smiles, no menu as i sat at the table, i had to say hello just to be recognized.. After waiting for 10 minutes i got up and left the resort to eat.. After that experience, i chose to eat off site for the remaining 4 days..

I did not have breakfast but I had lunches. The food is very very good. The hotel is old and worn. It’s in a very noisy area all night long. The old noisy ac unit in the room helped drown out the noise from motorbikes and bars. It’s an ok place to stay if you don’t mind the occasional loss of water, electricity and very little hot water. The staff is wonderful. All are very helpful.

⭐ 1 Star – Very Disappointing Experience at Orchid Inn Hotel My stay at Orchid Inn Hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. Upon checking in, I found the bed in my room to be in poor condition, with visible stains, and the bath towels were both stained and had an unpleasant odor. I reported the issue to the front desk, but the staff member simply responded, “Sorry sir, there is no refund,” without offering any meaningful assistance. My intention was not to request a refund but to have the room changed. However, when I was moved to another room, it was equally unacceptable — the bedsheets had stains, and there were hairs on the bed. Due to the lack of cleanliness and poor customer service, I decided to leave the hotel and check into another property the following day. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the cleanliness standards and guest service quality moving forward.
