you can't beat walking out to the beach whenever you want. this place is dated and the pool is out of commission. But who cares you can walk out your door and be on the beach. The restaurant was surprisingly Great!

The staff was very helpful, and the property was well maintained. I loved the easy beach access and on those non sunny days the pool was very relaxing too. This was my second time visiting this property and each time my stay is better than before ! Great place to visit !

Nice hotel and I stay here often. Only issue I had was some of the handles on the dresser were missing and I couldn’t use the drawers. Also they have a limited menu but what they do have is very good. The staff is absolutely excellent and responsive.

The hotel staff are exceptional.
Very friendly and happy to help at all times
We had a problem with the safe which was quickly rectified.
The location is a tricky one. At the back of the property is the beach and the breakfast view is gorgeous and a morning walk along the beach is great. The front of the property is noisy and the street at night is like a red light district. We wanted an evening drink but were put off and went back to the hotel which was fine for a drink.
The breakfast is good with a lit of choice.

The staff and service is excellent. The hotel is older and the exterior is not as represented on the website. There are no water toys while the neighbour properties can take people diving or fishing the property does not. The interior is well kept and clean. It’s is located between Subic and Olongopo and so is about 300 pesos taxi to anywhere. There are some not family friendly clients.

Old and dirty Facility. We had cockroaches in the entrance, in our room and bed. We checked in and immediately left to look for better accommodations. Did not stay and asked for a refund from Expedia and palm tree. Save your money and do not book here.

The property was good in the 80s since the 80s no unfortunately leaking faucets no phones in the rooms Internet spotty if you get Internet you’re lucky on the third floor was no Internet at all I would not go there again

Nice staff and good AC. Food quality at restaurant is generally good. However property is a bit tired and bedding torn and frayed. I’m sure improvements will be made and I will certainly give this one another chance. Thank you
