The one thing that’s today in this hotel was the friendliness efficiency of the reception team made you feel part of the family
The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout
The breakfast let itself down in my opinion as it didn’t really cater for the international guest mainly for the local guest but that’s not a big issue
I really enjoyed my stay and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful and once again the hotel was spotless throughout

First, let me say that the staff were always courteous, respectful and professional. The restaurant food was also very good. However, I gave Panorama Summit Hotel a 2 star rating because I was charged an additional PHP100 for requesting an additional bath towel and PHP100 for requesting two bottles of water. Who does that?! I have stayed in countless hotels in different countries and the US and have NEVER been charged for requesting an extra towel. Hand towels and wash cloths are not provided. Also, bottled water is often provided by many hotels free of charge. The water pressure in the shower was very low. In my opinion, I would NEVER recommend Panorama Summit Hotel to any family member or anyone else for that matter.

The out side and lobby area looks great but the room seems like a place you would pay hourly. The bathrooms have water stains on the fossette and the room feels cramp. To me this place serves its purpose if your on a budget.

Staff brilliant.Service outstanding.Special mention to Greg who was awesome.Short tricycle ride to many stalls and shopping centre.Lovely restaurant.Reasonably priced.Walls of rooms very thin so if neighbours noisy may not suit some or if noisy in corridors and both rooms were not cleaned on last day 😞 But staff smiles were infectious and great to deal with

Excellent service, very friendly and accomodating staff, good food and comfy bed. The maintenance of the property needs to improve, as water pressure and drainage require attention. We did enjoy our stay and had a pleasant and relaxing week. Shout out to all the staff.

The staff is super nice and very helpful. They all have a smile on their faces. We had a pleasant and relaxing stay at the hotel for a week, and we definitely know where to stay if we come to visit Davao again in the near future. We enjoyed coming down for breakfast as the food is very good, love the buffet! We especially like the menus at the restaurant, reasonable price and lots of selections to choose from. The food is tasty! Shout out to all the staff, and to the management team.
