Place is secured, with warm and friendly staffs.

The place is near the airport and main highway. I haven't tried their food so I can't rate it. I booked online because it was cheaper than paying in the hotel. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Their WiFi connection is not strong in my room. But overall my stay was great.

Biggest selling point is the price (affordable) and the location (near the airport), and has it's own private bathroom. We're not just comfortable with the window since it's in front of the bed and the curtain does not cover the view from the outside completely (we have to place our luggage hand bar to seal the curtains in place) and the TV model (I think) is old and small (box type which is hard to use remote that only controls the volume). Anyways those are just minor things; but the shower is great because the space and hot water. Another thing, if you guys can change your bed mattress into a bigger one that will cover the edge once somebody is already on top of it, since the mattress is old (but it's still comfy and ok); I just think we (guest) shouldn't be able to see it. With all it's pros and cons, I'd say we would still recommend this hotel.
4.5
Room with insects, window with no lock, very very small room and overpriced.

Impolite female front desk associate. The story: We went at the hotel around 5:15 pm, October 14, 2017 already exhausted. The place is so new to us that I asked the female associate on duty that time if their bathrooms are "shared" or "private". I noticed that she hesitated to reply so I asked again. She replied rudely "wala naman kaming shared bathroom dito" (we don't have any shared bathrooms here). "Oh wow" was on my mind. I wouldn't ask if I have been to their place before after all. I checked online even we're already there because I found out there that it's much cheaper to book online than to book on a walk-in basis. In less that 10 minutes, our voucher arrived. My partner went to her, the front desk associate, to give her our booking number for her information so that she can check it. I let my partner go to her because I know she's already impolite and I don't want myself confront or talk to her again. My partner said "Miss, heto na booking number namin sa, paki-check nalang please (Miss, here is our booking number, kindly check please). Then she replied, "wala pa po sa system namin" (it is not yet in our system). Then we waited and we waited with a intervals of asking the status to her every now and then for almost an hour! I am too disappointed and exhausted at the same time, that I asked her from my chair, "why it takes so long? It is already informed that our voucher is ok. And we already have our booking number. Then I heard her murmured "Ay mali! (oh it's wrong). Then I heard a click from her mouse which made me realized that she opened another system from the computer. Apparently, it was already then that she realized that we booked, which all the while is the system she's been checking our booking number from! It only means that she was not paying attention to what we tell her. How I found out? She was confused by the booking number we gave her from 1 to another system! And we waited for 1 hour exhausted at their lobby because of her rudeness that she don't pay attention to us as if she don't want to accommodate us! We finally got our room at about 6:30 pm! No hot and cold shower, old tv, weak WiFi inside the room, near the airport (only it's few minutes walk from the highway), good place if staying for short time only. Not a place to stay longer.

The hotel is nice, clean and cozy. Staff are friendly and accommodating. I think I'll stay there again whenever I am in metro manila.

i booked a pads room/single room, with toilet/shower no door only curtain. - actual rate of the room is 750php, but i got it for only 691php and some cents via hotels.com - room is small 6sqm, fit only for a solo traveler - restaurant is open for 24h and menu consist breakfast all day - the food cost 85php choice of meal with rice and egg combo, bottled water 15php, bottled coke small 20php, you can have the food delivered to your room - overall room is clean, bed is so so, sheets and linen same like hospital - box type tv with cable channels if you're solo and on a tight budget, you can definitely go for pbb.

Accommodating staff and gives good prices. Food is also great. You can also hangout in their restaurant. Aircon and TV just need improvement and staff must make sure that all stuff in the room is complete.

PLACE & LOCATION FAVORABLE.....
The place is nice and favorably located in regards to its access going to Baclaran and malls by jeep or bus, going to Rizal Park by jeep then LRT, going to malls in Makati, Cubao and Quezon by jeep and MRT, going to US embassy on a cheapest route could be by jeep then LRT then a taxi. Unlimited hot and cold water for bath showers , also unlimited drinking water.Nice room for good night sleep but aircon noise sometimes could wake you up but it does not matter anyway if its coldness bring you to a sound and sweet sleep.

Good value for money
We stayed for two nights between flights, but it was ok. Close to the airport, clean and friendly staff. There's a 7/11 close by, if you need anything to eat, or drink. The rooms have AC and tv. It is only a few minutes Jeepny ride away from the Mall of Asia.

Average for a budget stay
The location was accessible to most of our destinations, we had a free breakfast that comes with our booking and the staffs are friendly, however, the room seems quite unpleasant. The TV had a bad signal, the aircon is not cold as expected. We got a problem with their hot and cold shower!
