A prize was announcent and pay now! We been paying asking amount, and waiting 20 minutes for the change, somebidy come to our table and bben asking for the exact amount since they do not have a change at 1.30pm already!!! Next mirning breakfast been served at 6 am . Staff start to work at 5.30am, and yes welcome in the philippines radio full loud and karoke start at 5.30am thank you for the wake up. Accidentely we had F1, 6.45 am we decided after sleeping was not possible anymore we get the next surprise, breakfast buffet, dry ham sausages dry fried eggs no bread no rice nothing oh i forget pancake with salty butter! All dishes ice cold not one candle or heating element under the buffet! Later after asking the get some slice melon, a mango salsa with onions yummy for breakfast! Just horror not worth to eat and go there. Resort pools are very nice. Housekeeping very friendly. F& B staff forget it. Manager not around

First impression check inn fantastic, Nick took care of us explained us quick the resort location etc etc. Restauran (F&B) a disaster!
