Pedro’s Place is a pension house conveniently located on a corner lot property in Ormoc City, along the highway with ample parking area and is accessible to public transport.

A thirty (30) room pension house using low energy light bulbs (LED Lights), inverter air conditioner, with cable TV connections, hot and cold shower, intercom and wifi signal in all rooms. Guest rooms is equipped with occupancy sensor thru the use of card keys and to also control the use of electricity for light and air conditioner when customers are not in the room. Card key access is also an additional security for guests. It is a non-smoking establishment.

It has a function room with a maximum capacity of twenty- four to thirty (24 to 30) persons only, depending on the set up. Smart TV, sound system and water dispenser is available in this room.
