We enjoyed our vacation but the food is to expensive.
We will surely come back! We forgot to bring socks for the kids playground and for bowling!
It's a good place to take a family vacation. The facilities are nice, well maintained, and staff very efficient. You need pay for usage of all facilities, though. Food. wasn't too good except for their breakfast buffet.
Nice place to relax and enjoy!!!!
Very clean hotel and relaxing ambience. The staff had been really accommodating and friendly. Surely will coming back here soon!
The hotel view was amazing, it's surrounded by the mountain and beach, make me feel so relax. The room we stayed was spacious and clean as well. Great breakfast buffet, and really good service from all the staff.
It's a really nice place. The room was comfortable and roomy. The pool was great, my son loved it very much. The breakfast was delicious. Overall, we had pleasant time in Pico.
Perfect place for family staycation as it's also child friendly. All the staff had smiles and were really accommodating. Definitely worth to stay!
Really helpful staff, they had served us nicely during our stay. The place was also nice, peaceful atmosphere, and amazing scenery.
Family friendly hotel, the room was nice and spacious, beautiful beach and mountain view.

Secluded resort with decent amenities
This resort is on a sprawling private property with great views and a peaceful beach. Staff is smiley and efficient. There is lots to do, from jogging around the lagoon, chilling in the infinity pool, getting a massage at the spa (complete with Sauna), hanging out at the beach (kid friendly waves most of the time, and with an on-duty lifeguard). There is even a bowling alley, billiards, karaoke room, gym badminton and basketball courts and kiddie play room. But Of course most of these come with fees, and the rates depend on whether you are a member, an accompanied guest, or an unaccompanied guest who was endorsed by a member. The chapel is free, though, and has beautiful views of the mountains and the sea. You will have a relaxing stay as long as you can deal with all the extra charges. A more cost friendly solution next time would be vacation rental at one of the condos on the property, and buy cooking ingredients at the market 2.5 km to the right of the gate.

Excellent Service, Great Rooms
Pros: - Great friendly service. - Rooms are very spacious. - The atmosphere is really pleasant. - The bar on the first floor has "buy 1 take 1" cocktails after 6pm. - The pools are super clean. - It's a great quick getaway for the family. - Breakfast at the Lagoa is fit for a royal family, however you have to be there early as the place gets packed. - Make sure to get your cameras ready because you'll enjoy taking a lot of selfies and groufies. - Transportation is available to take you around the whole resort and also to the different condos. Cons: - The beach needs some cleaning, as we encountered plastics from different kinds of snack coming from the ocean. - Dinner at Lagoa is expensive, and doesn't really offer much to eat. You can order ala carte, but again, there aren't many choices. - It's pretty far from the city, so bring all the snacks you can and store it inside your bag. Summary: We will definitely be coming back! We didn't get the chance to use the jetski because of the rain, but we had a great time. Thanks Pico Sands!

Wonderful Place and Staff!
Its our first time in Pico Sands, indeed it was a beautiful place! It was for our 3rd year Wedding Anniversary and 1st birthday celebration of our daughter. We're all excited to see the beach since it will be her first and we're all prepared. Sadly, upon arrival we we're advised that the beach was closed due to garbage washed ashore and contaminated the whole place. We were really displeased since we traveled 4 hours and the excitement was really high. We're ready to leave. Until Ms. Leah Villalobos from Front Office approached and convinced us that there's still more than the beach that we can enjoy if we stay plus he offered some upgrades. We then opt to stay considering it was about to get dark when we arrived. Indeed, Pico Sands has more to offer! Wonderful nature view and the swimming pools was also great. It may not be as good as the beach we're excited about, but we still enjoyed the pool. The man-made was also a good place to jog and relax in the morning. Plus the very accommodating staffs that welcomes us in the lobby and those who served us in the Lagoa Restaurant for breakfast. The breakfast was not good. Very few options. The breakfast coffee really failed. Considering we're in Batangas that boast of a great coffee, should have at least a good one. We're both coffee lover and we think it should be addressed by the restaurant manager. We ordered seafood laksa and another food (forgot the name) for dinner at Lagoa the night we arrived and it was really good. We enjoyed that dinner. It tasted good! Overall, it was still a very good experience. Very relaxing place. Nice staff. Thank you to Ms. Leah! We will still recommend the place.

Decent Relaxing Resort for a Quick Getaway
Brought my family here for a quick weekend trip and had an overall good stay. Rooms were generally big for the price you pay but in room furnishing are very old and in need of refurbishment. Food are just okay and could be improved. The staff are great/responsive but I feel they are understaffed, it took us a long time just to check in and check out, and revert back for any in room request. Having said that there was ample things to do in the resort. The club pool was great (you need to be a member to avail of it) and the resort boast of a great kid zone and other sports facility. Overall it’s a good pick for a quick and fast getaway and has good amenities for kids.

Spacious rooms and property, relaxing
I've been here 2 times, first during a company team-building activity, second during vacation What we like: - Located in an area in Batangas where the mountains meet the sea so you have a view of both - Also has two man-made lagoons - Spacious property, you need a shuttle to reach the hotel itself from the entrance but you can walk from hotel to country club - Equally spacious room, neat and comfortable, has a clean minimalist feel, has a balcony with table and a couple of chairs for us to enjoy taking in the wonderful view - For the rooms, can choose between a Mountain View room or Lagoon View) but we were lucky to have both views even if we chose just one kind of room - Green, relaxing landscape - Has 2 kiddie pools, an adult pool and infinity pool - For those who want to relax, you can take a stroll on the beach or have a quiet dip in the pools or the beach, which are quiet during mornings - For those who want to have fun, they have many interesting activities available such as kayaking, snorkeling, etc. - Beach towels already provided inside the room instead of having to request it from an attendant near the pool or beach - Breakfast buffet included when you book the room. Buffet contains a wide variety of delicious food to choose from. - Friendly staff What we feel can still improve: - Menu in their restaurant seems to be limited. We wish they could offer more variety like sandwiches or burgers, especially since the hotel is far from fast food chains or shopping malls - We paid 200 pesos one way for the shuttle ride from entrance to hotel. Some hotels offer this kind of ride for free. - The room we stayed in showed a little bit of wear and tear as the artwork above the headboard seems to be peeling from the edges.
