I only spent one night in Prime City for my business travel. The hotel is new and has a modern and tasteful design. They also have a small indoor pool and you can have breakfast by their poolside. Enjoyed my stay since they offered everything I needed; breakfast, wifi, helpful staff and most specially, a clean bathroom.

Next time If this is the only hotel available I'd rather just cancel my trip.
We booked 5 rooms for an overnight stay with my family. All shenanigans started from when we used Booking.com to make reservations. On our way to the hotel we got a call from them saying apparently they are fully booked and that Booking.com "was not informed". I've used Booking.com for many years and have never had a problem so I know this isn't a fault at their end. Anyway, they told us we will have to be put into their sister hotel also the same name but in a different location. Since we didnt have any choice, we took it. That was a glitch but forgiveable, right? Well it doesn't stop there. We checked in at 9pm and immediately left to get dinner elsewhere. Arrived back at the hotel close to midnight. This is when we finally found out that apprently none of the key cards were working. We called for assistance and waited at the hallway for 25 minutes no one came. My sister came down the lobby to have the key cards checked, came back up and still-- not working. I finally went down myself to talk to the Front Desk and she said someone will walk up with me to check the doors. Only 1 room we were able to get into. The other rooms were still being "fixed" by the maintenance guy while the rest of my family loitered for another 25 minutes... at PAST 12 MIDNIGHT. Nobody could rest/sleep/use the bathroom. Finally reached my boiling point and asked the Front Desk to just put us in another room (where the door actually works) because its unfair that we're being subjected to wait and watch them do their "maintenance" during our paid stay. I dont know why she couldnt make that decision from the get go. Common sense is expensive sometimes. 4 rooms seem to be ok except for 1 with all its pillows smelling like a used damp towel. They had to wait AGAIN for housekeeping to have it replaced. In the morning we all came down for breakfast and our orders were mixed up. We waited 30 minutes for 1 plate that was punched in the register but never came. I followed up on my coffee twice and when it finally arrived we were given packets of brown sugar and coffee NOT creamer. Let me also throw this in, my mother was served with burnt Tocino. It's incredible how it got out of the kitchen as "acceptable" for consumption. We returned it. The place and rooms itself are decent. I just cant get past the terrible service. I know this is not a 5 star hotel so my expectations are low. But there's gotta be something wrong with your hotel when expectations are low and still you weren't able to meet them. The hotel is understaffed and what little staff they have are all undertrained. Oh and with 5 doors not working last night, go figure how well the entire hotel is maintained. I've been to budget hotels in the country especially when I'm traveling for business and at least the service makes up for the horrible rooms. This one clearly didn't get that memo. If you're looking for a place to crash in Clark, you might wanna consider checking other places. Seriously make this your last resort. The only time I wasn't stressed during my stay was when I was actually sleeping. I'm ending this by letting you know I'm writing this review while I'm still in the hotel. Their service is so bad I can't wait to warn people. You're welcome.

Nice stay
Went there with the family and stayed on two occasions. No hassess during check-in. The front office staff friendly and helpful, took minimal time checking in and out. Room was clean, restaurant food was just the right size for portions. Hotel is close enough to the bars (2 mins trike ride) but far enough away that you are not seeing the people that frequent the night life or the sounds. I stay in Angeles often and occasionally go out and find this hotel is in a "prime" location.

Excellent!
Discover a new place that you would love to stay in whether to have business or vacation. Prime City Resort Hotel is the newest hotel in Angeles City with beautifully designed rooms, very accomodating staffs that you can talk to and very sumptuous food. They also have a function hall wherein you can conduct special occasions and a very nice pool which everyone loves when staying on a hotel. It is just a few minutes drive to the airport, mall and famous restaurants around the city. Bring your family and friends here and I assure you that they will enjoy and love the hotel. Definitely will recommend this hotel!

Nice clean and comfortable
Several stays at this hotel and it's a very good location, with many amenities. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Rooms are good size but washroom quite small. Good hotel for a good price. Will stay again.

Cafe food was poor
The café in The Prime City hotel was terrible. The worst meal I have ever had in the Philippines. The menu looked good but was less expensive than most other restaurants. Shows that you get what you pay for. The meal was steak but meat quality was very bad. It was also super thin and over cooked. The only thing fair about the meal was the fries and they were cold. In addition it took over 50 minutes to get the food after ordering. Give this hotel restaurant a pass!
