Nice and smooth check in and out. the only problem is they don't give shampoos and soaps you have to ask pa. But the food is great!! super great!
Food was bad, elevator very very slow and only 1 is functioning. Waiting time 15 mins.

the hotel is good we checked in late at night but still they accommodate us properly. Its good that every customer has parking space. The room is ok and clean. We have troubles in the toilet because the flush doesn't work that's the only cons. The hotel has good location because fast food is very near. We enjoyed our short stay there.

Everyone at Privato is so warm. There was an issue with A/C and it was resolved immediately. Thanks to the front desk staff. They are all trained to be accommodating to everyone...very helpful...all smiles. Keep it up. We'll book again.

Had the best week ender of December when we headed to this Hotel. The staffs are so kind and friendly. Except the elevator, elevator was so slow it took us 5-10 minutes to go in. But all in all, the room is so chill and good to stay in.

The room was good. But the housekeeping forgot some items when I request for a change.

Dirty towels. Even after requesting for replacements. Housekeeping has a habit of entering the room despite the do not disturb sign. Floors are always dirty with lots of dust and dirt accumulated. Most irritating is that the food facilities cannot be charged to the room and don't even accept credit cards. Room service, takes 30 mins minimum, even for a cup of coffee.

I was previously at rm 1812. Good job for those at the front desk. I just felt unsecured when I forgot my key card in the room and asked the front office to open my door. Unfortunately the did not even ask for my room number and name and definitely not for my id to confirm. He just asked a trainee to assist me ask I just pointed at my door which she tapped open. (I could have pointed at any room and took anything I want because there was no verification) People at the restaurant could also do better that just using their phone like all the time and be more attentive to guests than doing chikka always. They would also want to add more food options. I'm just saying this for you to improve. Still a good job and good value for money. Like I got what I paid for.
