The pool very nice and clean. My 2 kid enjoy the pool very much. Good food. Good service. Quiet and relaxing..
We had a pleasurable stay at this resort. The staff were very accommodating. I liked the front office team. They were all friendly, especially the two who handled us from the time that we arrived in the premise. They assisted us very well. They all smiled as we enter the reception area. All necessary information was given to me upon check-in. Food in La Playa Restaurant was very good and worth the price. Thumbs up for a staff who assisted us from the first night up to our last day. There, I though the order took so long but it was really worth waiting. I loved how that staff assisted the guest hand on hand. Even if the guests were plenty, his smile was always there. I am also a hotelier (front office) and I really love the whole resort and its team. This is my second time staying at Puerto Del Sol, and it has been very rewarding. I really have a good choice. Hope to see this team by this December. Thumbs Up to the resort and the team. God bless you.
It has a variety of facilities for guests. No cellular signal inside room given to us. Best for put leisure guests.
It's a nice resort. Breakfast time should be 6-10 am instead of 7-9 am. But food is great.
It was a great experience! Love the place!
Great stay. Perfect for couples

I have decided to book this hotel for my family last 12-13 of August 2017 based from the reviews I've read online. It was off season so we have availed some discounts for our rooms. We booked 2 Mansion Villas for 06 persons, the room rates are only for two persons and you can add and pay up to 02 additional person per room (1,800.00 PHP/night) which includes the breakfast and dinner. The rooms are just normal with normal toilets, a bit old and the window type AC is kinda noisy and does not work properly so they needed to change it. The maintenance people are fast and very respectful. Noting that the rooms are not that good, its the service that the staff provided us that gets me. They are very respectful, you can feel that they are willing to help and I felt relax around them. Comparing to other resorts/hotels in the Philippines that we have tried, I will put them on my top 10. Included on your booking was breakfast and diner which is very nice. A good selection of dishes and fresh fruits and vegies. Along with the food it also includes 1 Hour of different activities you can try available on the resort like Billiards, Air Hockey, Darts and some other water activities. The sad thing was it was lowtide during our stay so we were not able to use the water activities available. In view of that, if you really like to spend time at the beach and snorkel please double check the tide schedule. If your unlucky and its lowtide during your stay just like us, you need to walk a bit far from the beach just to experience a foot of a water. The view from the infinity pool was very nice as well where you can also avail the free wifi.. Generally, our stay was good, if given a opportunity I will definitely comeback. Its a bit pricey compare to other resorts but the quality of service, food along with the privacy/security is what you pay for in this hotel. For me, its worth it.

Understaffed and not well kept, even for low season
The hotel which is supposed to be one of the best here in Bolinao, is just not well managed and kept. They keep no stock of food, drinks, fruits, deserts... Staff is slow and uninterested in paying attention to what we say, it feels as like they are in vacation. This is a feeling I had from my last visit here in 2014 as well. I am not interested in sun and beach, just swimming pool, peace and quiet time away from the pollution of the big city. There is a warning that no floaters or children under 12 should use the main pool. Period. No mention of being accompanied or not. That is not followed, or enforced. Kids of all ages swim, unattended, while the "guard" looks at the beach lazy in his hut. Breakfast ends at 9am. NINE IN THE MORNING. There's no time to even SLEEP, if breakfast ENDS at 9am. I am not, or have never been a farmer. I don't get breakfast ending so early at a "beach paradise". Lunch ends at 2pm. Dinner has its last call at 9pm?!?!?! And the ambiance music at all times, OMG, it's just so sad, old 40s and 60s tunes sung at the tone of a funeral... Or oldies night... Ghastly. No comments on internet speed. It's close to non existant, but it's a remote place, so it's fine. Mobile works ok enough.

Cozy and clean.
We've been here for two nights and it was great. Food is good, free breakfast, lunch and dinner. Clean room and bathroom. Well maintained resort. The only thing I don't like here is the beach side. There are too many seaweeds and sometimes it's irritating when you want to swim. The place is not for cheap traveler, price is somewhat expensive and can go out of your way when you're on a tight budget. But of course you get what you pay for. They even knock on your door when it's time to eat, nobody does that in any other resorts. Overall it was a great experience. Perfect for relaxing and to chill.

Pre Mother's Day
We stayed there the week before mother's day. We were a family of five and booked Sitio Amore. It was more than enough for us with three big beds. We didn't expect that it's two floors. The food is awesome and the place is very relaxing. But the service is heart melting. Our room's main door has a faulty lock and even if we don't ask for help, the guard/lifeguard assists us right away and all the time. They are very prompt. They are also great in anticipating our needs. The only thing though is the beach. It's public so lots of rocks and seaweeds and no body can really swim there.

If only they invest on new shower curtains
Undoubtedly, this is the best resort in the sleepy town of Bolinao. Overall well maintained. The only issue is the grimy shower curtain and the low pressure shower we had in our bathroom. Add to that the lack of welcome hospitality from the room staff to the guards. Definitely will still be staying here the next time around and hope they address these minor issues.
