Cheap but OK
The Hotel Annex is in a side street near to the main road in the city and near the markets. It is very well located and close to main destinations. Reservation/booking on line went smoothly - Check in was trouble free. Aircon in room was average as was bed and linen quality. Wifi was free and good signal in the room.Bathroom facilities were average at best. Room was reasonably clean. Staff were polite and courteous but knew very little about the city and attractions/amenities and thus, unhelpful. Overall, a cheapish hotel and pretty good value for money.

Average hotel, High room rates
Pro: good location, aircon is working well, with cable TV, with basic toiletries Cons: you can hear tricycle and other vehicles since it's near the highway, wifi is terrible, comfort room looks dirty, well the room looks dirty, towel is really old, no elevator (I'm at 3rd flr). I think the room rate is high priced considering the condition of the room.

Run-down rooms, unreliable wi-fi, inefficient and clueless staff!!
The rooms look run-down,,, the bathrooms look dirty with molds here and there,,, the toilet seat cover does not match the size of the toilet... shower handles look filthy... some air conditioners do not even have covers! The towels however smell clean. The wifi connection is very unreliable. It can go off for hours and back for just a few minutes even if you are just under the router, at the lobby - or wherever they say the connection is good. I stayed at what was supposed to be the more expensive room, but it totally had no wifi connection! When I asked the staff to transfer me to a room that was closer to the router, the reply was - there was a reservation made on those rooms. They REFUSED TO TRANSFER me to a room with wifi EVEN IF THERE REALLY WAS NO ONE IN THOSE ROOMS NEAR THE ROUTER. How did I know? I stayed there for 2 days (all other hotels were fully booked! that's why I endured this awful hotel) and I passed by all the rooms they refused to transfer me into. they only offered to transfer me when I told them I do not intend to pay because of all the inconvenience they caused me! The manager and the front desk staff are sooooooo clueless, inefficient, can not think clearly, can not decide for themselves... they are mere robots taking names and payments. No management skill whatsoever. STAY AWAY!

value for money
This is a good hotel if you go value for money. This is my first time in Cauayan, Isabela and I'm here for a business trip. The hotel provided for my transfer from the airport to the hotel. Hotel van is fresh and new, and travelling from the airport going to the hotel takes only about 10 minutes. Driver is friendly. I stayed in a Deluxe room which is very basic (that's why the hotel is not expensive). Although there are maintenance issues because as per staff the hotel is 20+ years already, the hotel is relatively clean. Room area is small but the so family accommodation in one room is not advised. Amenities are basic as I got a dental kit, soap, and clean (but old) towel, tissue paper, shampoo and conditioner, and slippers. Food from the hotel restaurant is a yes for me. No brewed coffee is available. The mango mambo shake I ordered tastes more like milk than mango. Again, price is relatively fair.Service quality is average - I suggest more service training for the F&B staff. Staff are all courteous and accommodating. Everyone shares smile on their faces. My room is on the 3rd floor and the downside here is that the disco is on the same level. Minimal noise gets through the hallways - not too loud but might be annoying to some people. I have not tried any hotel in Cauayan yet. Having experienced Queen Jennifer Hotel, I have no problem staying here in my future visits.
