Scary!! Yes it's cheap, so what would you expect! It's worst.
Very scary hotel. Not recommended for solo traveler.
Good location with such cheap price. Near the airport, great for short stays.
Close to the city center and airport, the staffs are also friendly and accommodating our needs during the stay.
Such a great deal for backpackers. Nice room, nice service, and nice location.
Proximity to the airport makes this inn perfect for transit. The staffs are really friendly too.
Accessiblity to the airport, friendly employees and the facilities inside the room worked properly.

It's not Smart to stay here.
We picked this hotel for the purpose of saving up so we can see more places and visit some relatives who live nearby. Also, its really near the airport and is along the highway so its really easy to hail a cub from here. But its not smart to stay here. Don't be fooled by the room rates they offer. It is indeed cheap. The price you pay for a crappy accommodation. There are eateries nearby but no attractions that are within walking distance. Far from city proper. I just hope they will improve one of these days.

Amount in Booking.com different to actual price collected in the Inn
Last February 7, 2016 I helped my brother in finding an affordable place to stay in Davao. Preferably the place should be near the airport. After hours of browsing I found Quoya's Inn. I was so happy to see from Booking.com that this INN charges only P280.00 for a one night stay. So, I booked a room for my brother in Quoya's Inn. I have received confirmation from Booking.com that the booking was successful. What makes me sad about this is that the Inn charges my brother P 400.00 which is different from what is at Booking.com at only P280.00 The sadder part is that after a day Booking.com sent an email to me to collect P160.00 for the cancellation because according to Booking.com Quoya's Inn reported 'No Show' firnthe prior booking I had arranged with Booking.com I don't jump into conclusions maybe there's just a miscommunication but that incident saddened me because I was the one who recommend the place to my brother without first hand experience about the place. There's a lesson I learnt from that incident and I will never ever do it again, before I recommend a place I should first experience their service.

Stayed here a month ago for two nights and it was the worst inn experience. The hotel is filthy and the manager rude. Upon checkin we were shown to a room upstairs, double bed with bathroom. The room is large but felt a bit unsturdy, as there is a slant in the bathroom tiles towards the outside door. The hotel overcharges for everything. Including an extra fee for toliet paper. However these are all small issues. We stayed for two nights and on the first night were awoken by a rat running across the foot of the bed. We informed the front desk. They came up to the room and sprayed the entire room (i.e. curtains, floors, bedsheets, air) with a strong pesticide. The can of pesticide said on the side that it was not to be inhaled or to be sprayed on fabric or anything that can be absorbed. The staff then told us to go back to bed in the same room where they just sprayed the whole bed with pesticide. If we wanted to change room for our second night we were told we would have to pay an additional fee for bedding change. We said no, and that we would pay for the first night we just stayed, but would like a refund for the second night. The front desk ladies said their policy was absolutely no refunds. We asked to speak to the manager. They kept going outside to speak to him saying customers wanted to see him but he refused to come in. After 45 minutes he came in to yell saying we disturbed him and he was busy. We said we just wanted a refund for a second night that we had not yet stayed. He yelled at us screaming that this is a zero star hotel so the rats, but even more concerning improper use of pesticides (which dont even kill rats) was what we should expect here. He kept yelling at us so we hailed a taxi and left. Reported Quoyas inn to the Dept of Health, and they said that even though that this inn was issued a permit, that it wasn't safe to stay here and they would investigate. If you value your health and safety avoid Quoya's Inn. There are just as cheap and cleaner places with a more central location in Davao (i.e. Green Windows Dormitel, MyHotel).
