Backpacking
It was an okay or so so stay, but overall it was unsatisfying. They allowed me to check in early for a fee of Php100 which is great. I love the idea that they are disinfecting the rooms as a pre-caution for COVID-19 but they left the floor full with disinfectant and it’s literally wet when I entered. Toilet bowl flush isn’t working. We were scared to..... you know... because we might not be able to flush those. Can’t sleep at night too because it’s literally near establishments and we can hear bands in the middle of the night singing their heart out. Too noisy!! The guy who assisted us was really nice though. Kudos to him. I didn't get his name but he’s very courteous.

Staff were not accommodating. We never had experienced to be assisted even in checking in. I asked if there’s a service water that can be served in the room and just answered me a NO, there’s no service water but I can just get my own upstairs!

The attendants seem not to know what to do. Most of the times they are just crowded on the reception but can’t provide even the slightest accommodation to newly arrived guests. They changed their check in schedule without prior advise to clients and even told us to talk to agent ourselves! Plus the CR smells, there’s leak on their pipes. The beddings also seem not been changed. Their breakfast sucks, we ended up eating somewhere else. Staying here is such a waste of money.
