It is a great place to stay. The staff are very accommodating and always wear smiles on their faces 😁 The room is cozy and cleaned everyday. The linens, towels and tissue are also changed every day of your stay. There is also a mini vault inside the room so you're sure that your valuable items are kept safe (you'll the one who will decide the passcode). The wifi is good too, no lag during my stay.

Very good staff, professional, friendly and efficient. Small dingy rooms, my first room was damp and gave me a sore chest and sinus problems after 1 night (Rm 416) next room second night a bit better but worn decorations, noisy AC and no hooks in bathroom to hand towels. Location ok. Would be good if cheaper but better value places elsewhere . No water, no coffee available.

Romantic Vacation
The hotel doesn't meet our expectation regarding of the price, it doesn't have free toothbrush, we know breakfast is not included but we accepted it we have no choice and room is not spacious compared to much cheaper hotel that we stayed before this, toothbrush, breakfast included and spacious room.. your price is not right..

Amenities such us toothbrush and toothpaste with room slippers are separately being sold at the front desk for a minimal cost. I was charged almost 1500 for water stains which were washable. Ridiculous staff. They blatantly denied what was in front of their eyes. just a scam to make money

Annoying place. I only brought 1 id because that's what I thought that I needed. Stupid traveloka didn't inform me that the id should be a government id. And red planet didn't inform traveloka that their policy changed. Annoying

A laptop safe is available in each room. En suite bathrooms come with a hot and cold shower and complimentary toiletries. Guests have access to the hotel’s free WiFi throughout the property.

Since the hotel is centrally located, guests will have an easy time looking for a place to eat. House of Lechon is right across the property, while Zubuchon is a 15-minute walk away. As part of our response to make your stays safe, clean, and sanitized, we are taking these extra steps in compliance with the government guidelines for the COVID-19 pandemic for your peace of mind: 1. Our hotels follow strict COVID-19 protocols for everyone's safety. 2. Guests traveling for business are required to present two of the following documents upon check-in: • Current Company ID • Endorsement Letter from their company • Appointment letter • Or similar to prove business purpose 3. APOR guests are required to present necessary documents as needed. APORs include: • Health and emergency frontline service personnel • Government officials and Government frontline personnel • Authorized humanitarian assistance actors • Persons travelling for medical / humanitarian reasons • Persons going to the airport for travel abroad • Anyone crossing zones for work / business permitted in the zone and going back home 4. Requirements such as a confirmed booking with an accredited quarantine facility, length of stay, and other restrictions are set for travelers arriving to the Philippines. 5. Maximum occupancy for quarantine hotels is one person per room. A maximum of two persons per room for quarantine stays may be accepted for: • Families from the same household travelling together, especially those with minors. • Health and emergency frontline services personnel. • Guests requiring a companion:  17 years old and below; and 66 years and older  Guests needing special assistance (e.g., Senior citizens, PWD, with chronic medical illness) 6. Maximum occupancy for non-quarantine hotels is two adults and one child (12 yrs old and below). Families from the same household travelling together, especially those with minors can be permitted. 7. Food deliveries are temporarily not allowed for quarantine hotels to limit exposure for both staff and guests. 8. Delivery of medicine and medical supplies for quarantined guests is allowed until the hotel lobby only. The items will be delivered to the guest’s room by our staff. 9. As of 20 August 2021: I. Qualified for 7-day facility-based quarantine: a) Verified fully vaccinated traveler - Day 1 is date of arrival (For seaport arrivals, day 1 starts on hotel check-in date) - RT-PCR test on the 5th day - Symptom monitoring during quarantine period - Discharge on the 8th day with BOQ certificate - Requires a minimum of 7 nights stay in the hotel II. Qualified for 10-day facility-based quarantine a) Unvaccinated, non-fully vaccinated or unverified vaccination status - Day 1 is date of arrival (For seaport arrivals, day 1 starts on hotel check-in date) - RT-PCR test on the 7th day - Discharge on the 10th day with Quarantine Certificate - Requires a minimum of 9 nights stay in the hotel 10. Effective 07 July 2021, as announced by the government, guests regardless of vaccination status and stay is non-quarantine (business, APOR, leisure) are required to present a negative RT-PCR result taken within 48 hours prior to arrival date. This applies only for domestic travel for areas under General Community Quarantine and the Modified General Community Quarantine 11. Under GCQ: • All Red Planet hotels are currently used as quarantine facilities, except for Red Planet Quezon Timog and Red Planet Cebu. Only guests for business purposes, APOR can be accommodated. Stays related to leisure/ business, during other forms of GCQ or announced by the government, may be restricted. • Requirements for business stays, APOR:  Negative RT PCR or antigen test result o RT PCR (valid within 48 hours prior to arrival date) o Antigen (valid within 24 hours prior to arrival date) • If travelling for business, two guests can share a room provided that both guests can present a negative RT-PCR or antigen test result. • For APOR, proof of same residence (i.e.: ID which shows the same address) must be presented for guests sharing one room. A max of two adults and one child (twelve years old and below) is allowed to share a room in existing beddings. • A disinfection fee of PHP 500 is collected upon check in from:  Quarantine guest is found positive for COVID-19  Failure to present a negative RT PCR / antigen test result • For long staying guests on non-quarantine-related stays, whose booking exceeds 13 nights:  A negative RT PCR tests (taken within 48 hours prior to arrival date) is required.  A disinfection fee of Php 500 is collected per stay upon checkout. 12. Under MGCQ: • From 18 July 2021, Red Planet Angeles City will operate as a quarantine hotel and is allowed to accept bookings for quarantine stays only. • Requirements for business stays, APOR:  Negative RT PCR or antigen test result o RT PCR (valid within 48 hours prior to arrival date) o Antigen (valid within 24 hours prior to arrival date) • If travelling for business, two guests can share a room provided that both guests can present a negative RT-PCR or antigen test result. • For APOR, proof of same residence (i.e.: ID which shows the same address) must be presented for guests sharing one room. Under ECQ/MECQ: • Red Planet Cagayan de Oro and Red Planet Davao may accommodate “Long Staying Guests, Returning Residents, APORs who require accommodation related to their official function or duty, except Health and Emergency Frontline Service Personnel.” 14. Housekeeping services are limited in all community quarantine statuses in compliance to the IATF protocols for reducing risk of transmission of the COVID-19. 15. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, our hotels may request additional documents from guests to validate their identity and / or purpose of stay, and other necessary information, in accordance with the Data Privacy Law. 16. Our hotels are currently on reduced front desk operating hours. Latest check in time is at 10PM. 17. We encourage our guests to check announcements and other helpful information from the official websites and social media accounts of the Inter-Agency Task Force or the local government units 18.
