Dear Valued Guest, Please be informed on the following COVID-19 Quarantine Guidelines: As of December 7, 2021 As part of our response to make your stays safe, clean, and sanitized, we are taking these extra steps in compliance with the government guidelines for the COVID-19 pandemic for your peace of mind: 1. Our hotels follow strict COVID-19 protocols for everyone's safety. 2. Guests traveling for business are required to present two of the following documents upon check-in: • Current Company ID • Endorsement Letter from their company • Appointment letter • Or similar to prove business purpose 3. APOR guests are required to present necessary documents as needed. APORs include: • Health and emergency frontline service personnel • Government officials and Government frontline personnel • Authorized humanitarian assistance actors • Persons travelling for medical / humanitarian reasons • Persons going to the airport for travel abroad • Anyone crossing zones for work / business permitted in the zone and going back home 4. Requirements such as a confirmed booking with an accredited quarantine facility, length of stay, and other restrictions are set for travelers arriving to the Philippines. 5. Maximum occupancy for quarantine hotels is one person per room. A maximum of two persons per room for quarantine stays may be accepted for: • Families from the same household travelling together, especially those with minors. • Health and emergency frontline services personnel. • Guests requiring a companion: 17 years old and below; and 66 years and older Guests needing special assistance (e.g., Senior citizens, PWD, with chronic medical illness) 6. Under Alert Level 2, the maximum occupancy for non-quarantine hotels is 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child (12 yrs. old and below). 7. Effective 08 November 2021, as announced by the government under Alert Level 2, regular hotels may accommodate all non- quarantine related bookings such as for business and leisure. • Requirements for guests 18 years old and above: o Vaccination Card; or o Swab or saliva-based RT- PCR test conducted within 48 hours prior to check-in date. • Requirements for guests below 18 years old: o In areas under Alert Level 2 and 1, the swab or saliva- based RT-PCR test shall not be required, subject to the regulations of the LGU concerned. • Guests from different households can stay in 1 room as long as the above requirements are met. 8. Food deliveries are temporarily not allowed for quarantine hotels to limit exposure for both staff and guests. 9. Delivery of medicine and medical supplies for quarantined guests is allowed until the hotel lobby only. The items will be delivered to the guest’s room by our staff. 10. As of 3 December 2021: A. For those coming from countries/territories/jurisdictions under the Green List and Yellow List: 1. For fully vaccinated travelers (Both Filipino and Foreigners) • A negative RT-PCR, taken within 72 hours prior to arrival to the country, is required. • Upon arrival in the Philippines, they shall undergo a facility- based quarantine with an RT-PCR test taken on the 5th day, with the day of arrival being the first day. • Minimum length of stay is 4 Nights and 5 Days 2. For unvaccinated, partially vaccinated, individuals whose vaccination status cannot be independently validated, and those vaccinated but failed to comply with the above test-before-travel requirements: • A negative RT-PCR, taken within 72 hours prior to arrival to the country, is required. • Upon arrival in the Philippines, they shall undergo a facility- based quarantine with an RT-PCR test taken on the 7th day, with the day of arrival being the first day. • Minimum length of stay is 6 Nights and 7 Days C. The inbound international travel of all persons, regardless of the vaccination status, coming from or who have been to the “Red List” countries/ territories/ jurisdictions within the last fourteen (14) days prior to arrival to any port of the Philippines shall not be allowed. Only Filipinos returning to the country via government-initiated repatriation, non-government – initiated repatriation, and Bayanihan Flights may be allowed entry and subject to a ten-day facility-based quarantine upon arrival with RT-PCR testing on the 7th day with Day 1 being the day of arrival. • Minimum length of stay is 9 nights and 10 days Testing and quarantine protocols of minors shall follow the testing and quarantine protocol of the parent/guardian traveling with them, regardless of the minor’s vaccination status and country of origin. International passengers who have already arrived and are currently undergoing quarantine shall continue with the testing and quarantine protocols in place at the time of their arrival. 11. Under Alert Level 2: • All Red Planet hotels are currently used as quarantine facilities, except: - Red Planet Quezon Timog: All non-quarantine related stays can be accepted, such as leisure, business, APOR. Please refer to item #7 for requirements. - Red Planet Cebu: All non-quarantine related stays can be accepted, such as leisure, business, APOR. No RT-PCR test is required for fully vaccinated travelers. - Red Planet CDO: All non-quarantine related stays can be accepted, such as leisure, business, APOR. • Red Planet Hotel Davao is currently a multiple use hotel. Both quarantine and non-quarantine related stays can be accepted. 12. Housekeeping services are limited in all community quarantine statuses in compliance to the IATF protocols for reducing risk of transmission of the COVID-19. 13. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, our hotels may request additional documents from guests to validate their identity and / or purpose of stay, and other necessary information, in accordance with the Data Privacy Law. 14. Our hotels are currently on reduced front desk operating hours. Latest check in time is at 10PM. 15. We encourage our guests to check announcements and other helpful information from the official websites and social media accounts of the Inter-Agency Task Force or the local government units 16.
