The attitude of the employees is very poor towards to customer. just random take a picture and never mentioned anything at all when follow him go upstairs to look evidence. changer 2000 pesso to me for the violation without evidence. how to accept it ?! never book this kind of hotel again ! the manager should take care of it !

Family vacation
Room was ok, clean, comfy bed. Hotel was close to Ayala Malls Manila Bay, many restaurants beside the hotel.

It’s my second time to stay here. The staff is warm, friendly and helpful. I needed some documents printed and they were able to do it at the front desk. Will definitely come back!

Location, cleanliness, service satisfied. Noise due to thin wall and road noise is terrible. Do not take the room no. 1 to 15 which face the major road which can be v noisy even at 3am. Other than this is value for money. Bring your own toiletries. No amenities provided. Expected for the price

Romantic Vacation
Just the right location!! near to the airport near to shopping malls. S&R is right across the hotel. There restaurant, grocery store nearby. DFA is walking distance and most of all near MOA. it's ideal for short stay. The room is neat and tidy although too small that its even hard to spread your luggage. Its way pricey for a budget hotel, which does not even provide glasses for drinking and no complimentary water, compared to others hotels which has same price but offers comfort and luxury to its guest..

Romantic Vacation
They are very accommodating and friendly staff. Place is so accessible to other place and even the food beside the hotel is very good and affordable. We've been checked many times and still their will be our choice again. Congrats #redplanetaseana.

Please be informed that Metro Manila is placed under the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine beginning on April 12 to May 14, 2021. In this regard, our hotels may only accommodate bookings for quarantine purpose (except for Red Planet Timog), and guests that fall under the Authorized People Outside Residence (APOR) in compliance to the government’s announcement. Please contact the hotel directly to advise purpose of stay.  We have also extended free cancellation for bookings that may not be accepted because of the limitations under the MECQ.                       The Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) announced on May 7, 2021 the strict implementation of the 14-day quarantine for ALL arriving travelers to the Philippines. Please take note that "the first 10 days stay is required in the quarantine facility/ hotel with the remainder to be completed under home quarantine in their respective local government units of destination" This advisory shall, in effect, cover all bookings that are confirmed and to be booked beginning in May 8, 2021. In compliance to these guidelines, no cancellation or attrition of nights below the imposed 10 days minimum stay in the quarantine facilities can be allowed for quarantine - related bookings.        Please feel free to contact our hotels or our central reservations team for more information.                   GUIDELINES:  Terminologies: * General Community Quarantine – GCQ * Modified General Community Quarantine – MGCQ * Authorized Persons Outside of Residence - APOR   1.       Our hotels are following strict COVID-19 protocols for everyone's safety. 2.       Under GCQ, no leisure stay is allowed in any of our hotels. 3.       Under GCQ, all Red Planet Hotels are currently being used as quarantine facilities except for Timog and Davao.  For more information, please contact us at phillippines@redplanehotels.com. 4.       Under GCQ, select Red Planet Hotels may accommodate bookings for both quarantine and business purpose:   a.       Red Planet Manila Bay b.       Red Planet Manila Ortigas    For business purpose, this includes “guests whose travel is solely for the purpose of work or business in the interest of his/ her organization, employer, or company, and not for personal recreational or leisure purpose”. For this type of booking, the guest is required to present (2) of the following documents upon check-in: a.       Current Company ID b.       Endorsement Letter from the company c.        Appointment letter  d.       Or similar to prove “business” purpose  5.       Under GCQ, a negative Covid-19 test result, taken at least 72 hours prior to check in, is required from guests whose stay is related to business purpose.  6.       Similarly, guests who fall under APOR will be required of relevant documents as applicable, including a negative Covid-19 test result, taken at least 72 hours prior to check in. APOR includes the following: a.       Health and emergency frontline service personnel b.       Government officials and Government frontline personnel c.        Duly authorized humanitarian assistance actors d.       Persons travelling for medical/ humanitarian reasons e.       Persons going to the airport for travel abroad f.         Anyone crossing zones for work/ business permitted in the zone, and going back home   7.       Under GCQ, no children (14 years old or younger) nor senior citizens (59 years old or older) are allowed in any of our hotels unless for the purpose of self-quarantine. For quarantine purposes, the guest is required to present documents to the hotel to prove that he is waiting for a negative Covid-19 test result.  8.       A Decontamination fee of Php500 per stay is collected based on the following: a.       In the absence of a valid negative Covid-19 test result upon check-in  b.       For quarantine guests who have been found positive of the Covid-19 virus 9.       Max Occupancy under GCQ:  a.       For Business purpose -2 persons per room b.       For Quarantine purpose – strictly 1 person per room 10.    Under MGCQ, Red Planet Cebu, Red Planet Cagayan de Oro and Red Planet Angeles may accommodate leisure, business, and distressed guests, except for quarantine purposes. 11.    Max Occupancy under MGCQ: a.       Cagayan de Oro: max of 1 person/ room. Twin sharing is allowed for guests who belong in the same household (maximum of 2 guests / room only). Proof / identification is required upon arrival.  b.       Angeles and Cebu: max of 2 persons per room 12.    In line to the IATF protocols to reduce risk of transmission of the COVID-19, housekeeping services are limited in any community quarantine status. 13.    In response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), the property may request additional documentations from guests to validate their identity and/or purpose of stay, and other relevant information related to purpose of stay.  14.    Our hotels have reduced reception operating hours. Latest check in time is at 10PM.
