This accommodation ticks all the boxes for a perfect hotel! The rooms were clean and smells very nice! The bed was one of the most comfortable beds ever! We always had a hard time getting up in the morning. The wifi is fast, the tv and cable tv has ample channels. Extra pillows are free of charge. They even let us check in early as 12:30 without additional payment as our room was already prepared. The staff were very professional, quick to their decision making and attentive. We had no trouble in the check in and check out. The hotel is situated close to binondo church, ongpin st and divisoria. Intramuros is a good 20 min walk via jones bridge. Red planet hotels are always are go-to hotel when we are in cebu or davao. The service and the accommodation is consistent wherever we decide to check in in any of their branche that's why we prefer this hotel over anywhere else. At red planet, we are assured of a good rest and sleep, comfortable rooms, courteous staff and safety. Plus it was really comfortably priced!

The noise from the upper floors and lobby can be heard in my room.

I've booked this hotel many times. Perfect place for a staycation! Since this is in Binondo, you are very near the sights, sounds, smells and tastes of the world's oldest Chinatown, Binondo! Friendly front desk staff, quick to reply to your requests, spotlessly clean rooms, fast wifi and free parking!

all in all it was an okay stay. the staffs are very helpful, location within walking distance to the bustling heart of china town. but I am surprised that they don't give complimentary water bottle in room and there's no in house phone within the room so you need to download an apps in order to call the front desk or just go downstairs by yourself. please note that there's no food or minimarket close by so just come prepared!

excellent place to stay, close to the chinatown street foods, and also close to the main touristy spots like Fort Santiago or Rizal Park. the room is very clean, they will clean & change your bedsheets everyday as I can see everytime they do it. the price is affordable as well. nice job.

Everything about red planet binondo is perfect. From accomodating staff, to clean rooms and spacious parking spaces, I would definitely recommend this hotel. Worth your money.

Please be informed on the following COVID-19 Quarantine Guidelines: As of 15 July 2021 As part of our response to make your stays safe, clean, and sanitized, we are taking these extra steps in compliance with the government guidelines for the COVID-19 pandemic for your peace of mind: 1. Our hotels follow strict COVID-19 protocols for everyone's safety. 2. Guests traveling for business are required to present two of the following documents upon check-in: • Current Company ID • Endorsement Letter from their company • Appointment letter • Or similar to prove business purpose 3. APOR guests are required to present necessary documents as needed. APORs include: • Health and emergency frontline service personnel • Government officials and Government frontline personnel • Authorized humanitarian assistance actors • Persons travelling for medical / humanitarian reasons • Persons going to the airport for travel abroad • Anyone crossing zones for work / business permitted in the zone and going back home 4. Requirements such as a confirmed booking with an accredited quarantine facility, length of stay, and other restrictions are set for travelers arriving to the Philippines. 5. Maximum occupancy for quarantine hotels is one person per room. A maximum of two persons per room for quarantine stays may be accepted for: 1. Families from the same household travelling together, especially those with minors. 2. Health and emergency frontline services personnel. 3. Guests requiring a companion: i. 17 years old and below; and 66 years and older ii. Guests needing special assistance (e.g., Senior citizens, PWD, with chronic medical illness) 6. Maximum occupancy for non-quarantine hotels is two adults and one child (12 yrs old and below) in existing bedding. 1. Families from the same household travelling together, especially those with minors. 7. Food deliveries are temporarily not allowed for quarantine hotels. 8. Delivery of medicine and medical supplies for quarantined guests is allowed until the hotel lobby only. The items will be delivered to the guest’s room by our staff. 9. Effective on July 1, 2021, i. All arriving individuals fully vaccinated in the Philippines regardless of travel history, and those vaccinated abroad who stayed exclusively in “Green” countries/jurisdictions in the past fourteen days immediately preceding arrival, shall be required to undergo a seven (7) –day facility-based quarantine upon arrival, with the date of arrival being the first day. The fifth-day testing requirement shall be subject to review after thirty days from implementation. Should the RT-PCR test yield a negative result, the individual shall complete the seven-day facility-based quarantine; but if found positive, he/she shall follow the prescribed isolation protocols. ii. All arriving fully vaccinated individuals not covered by the foregoing shall comply with the testing and quarantine protocols as prescribed under the pertinent provisions of the Omnibus Guidelines on the Implementation of Community Quarantine in the Philippines, as amended. iii. Fully vaccinated individuals shall carry the following as proof of their vaccination status: (i.) Those fully vaccinated in the Philippines must carry their vaccination card which should be verified prior to their departure by a certification issued through the Certificate of Vaccination Record Portal of the Department of Information and Communications Technology or the City Health Officer of 2 the local government unit which administered the full vaccination; or (ii.) Those fully vaccinated in countries/jurisdictions outside the Philippines must carry their official documentation of full vaccination validated through the Philippine Overseas Labor Offices (POLO), or present their International Certificate of Vaccination, whichever is applicable. (iii.) The aforementioned documents must be presented to the dedicated Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ) representative for re-verification at the Department of Transportation One-Stop-Shop (OSS) upon arrival in the Philippines. 10. Effective on July 7, 2021, per the announcement of our national government, guests regardless of their vaccination status and whose purpose of stay is non-quarantine related (business, APOR, leisure) are required to present a negative RT PCR result taken within 48 hours prior to arrival date. This applies only for domestic travel within areas under the General Community Quarantine and the Modified General Community Quarantine a. Those individuals who have completed the Covid-19 vaccination. An individual shall be considered as having been fully vaccinated for COVID-19: i. More than or equal to 2 weeks after having received the second dose in a 2-dose series, or ii. More than or equal to 2 weeks after having received a single-dose vaccine 11. Under GCQ: a. All Red Planet hotels are currently used as quarantine facilities, except for Red Planet Quezon Timog. b. Red Planet Quezon Timog may accommodate guests for business purposes, APOR. c. Requirements for business purposes, APOR: • Negative RT PCR or antigen test result o RT PCR (valid within 48 hours prior to arrival date) o Antigen (valid within 24 hours prior to arrival date) • If travelling for business, two guests can share a room provided that both guests can present a negative RT PCR or antigen test result. • For APOR, proof of same residence (i.e.: ID which shows the same address) must be presented for guests sharing one room. A max of two adults and one child (12 years old and below) is allowed to share a room in existing beddings. d. A disinfection fee of PHP 500 is collected upon check in from: • Quarantine guest is found positive for COVID-19 • Failure to present a negative RT PCR / antigen test result e. For long staying guests on non-quarantine-related stays, whose booking exceeds 13 nights: • A negative RT PCR tests (taken within 48 hours prior to arrival date) is required. • A disinfection fee of Php 500 is collected per stay upon checkout. 12. Under MGCQ: a. Red Planet Cebu may accommodate leisure, business, and distressed guests, except quarantine stays. b. Beginning July 18, 2021, Red Planet Angeles will operate as a quarantine facility and allowed to accept bookings for quarantine purpose only. c. Please refer to Item #11 c,d,e 11. Under MECQ: a. Red Planet Cagayan de Oro and Red Planet Davao may accommodate “Long Staying Guests, Returning Residents, APORs who require accommodation related to their official function or duty, except Health and Emergency Frontline Service Personnel.” 12. Housekeeping services are limited in all community quarantine statuses in compliance to the IATF protocols for reducing risk of transmission of the COVID-19. 13. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, our hotels may request additional documents from guests to validate their identity and / or purpose of stay, and other necessary information, in accordance with the Data Privacy Law. 14. Our hotels are currently on reduced front desk operating hours. Latest check in time is at 10PM. 15. We encourage our guests to check announcements and other helpful information from the official websites and social media accounts of the Inter-Agency Task Force or the local government units 16.
