This accommodation ticks all the boxes for a perfect hotel! The rooms were clean and smells very nice! The bed was one of the most comfortable beds ever! We always had a hard time getting up in the morning. The wifi is fast, the tv and cable tv has ample channels. Extra pillows are free of charge. They even let us check in early as 12:30 without additional payment as our room was already prepared. The staff were very professional, quick to their decision making and attentive. We had no trouble in the check in and check out. The hotel is situated close to binondo church, ongpin st and divisoria. Intramuros is a good 20 min walk via jones bridge. Red planet hotels are always are go-to hotel when we are in cebu or davao. The service and the accommodation is consistent wherever we decide to check in in any of their branche that's why we prefer this hotel over anywhere else. At red planet, we are assured of a good rest and sleep, comfortable rooms, courteous staff and safety. Plus it was really comfortably priced!

Just a quick reminder, all guests are required to show a government issued valid ID and credit card upon check-in. We can only allow one pet per room, with a non-refundable PHP 600.00 pet fee per night, per room. 2. Allowed pets are domestic dogs and cats (max 2 ft on all fours), caged hamsters, guinea pigs, and rabbits. 3. Dogs and cats should be fully vaccinated for rabies, distemper, leptospirosis, parvovirus and parainfluenza. Your pet’s vaccination card must be presented prior to check-in for yours and other pets’ safety. 4. Your pets must be healthy and well-groomed. Your pets must be leashed or put in a pet-carrier when in the hotel’s public areas. For cat owners, you must bring your own litter and litter box. 5. Dogs must wear diapers at all times, especially in public areas of the hotel. 6. All pet needs (equipment, towels, food / water dish, pet carrier, food & water and the like) are to be provided by the guest. 7. Use of the hotel’s towels & linens for pets may incur additional charges. 8. The guest accepts full responsibility for any property damage and / or personal injuries resulting from their pet. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s account commensurate to the cost of any damage. 9. Pet-Friendly Areas shall be: designated pet-friendly guest rooms, main lobby, receiving lobby, 2nd floor balcony, main entrance. 10. The guest is responsible for cleaning up after their pet on hotel premises, and properly disposing of their waste at designated disposal areas. 11. Pets are not allowed to be left inside the room without the owner / guest. The hotel does not offer “pet-sitting” services, and shall not be responsible to look after the guest’s pet. 12. During room cleaning, the guest is requested to exit the room with their pet. 13. Pets are required to check-out with the guest. Strategic location close to tourist attractions. Spacious lobby, friendly staff, smooth check in, fairly complete facilities. it's just not provided free slipper, toothbrush and toothpaste on request but paid. television works fine. there is hot water. no drinking water is provided. there is a heater pitcher. there is a refrigerator. there is a safety box. not provided hanger in the room. towels there. hot water is ok. soap and shampoo 1 gell.

I've booked this hotel many times. Perfect place for a staycation! Since this is in Binondo, you are very near the sights, sounds, smells and tastes of the world's oldest Chinatown, Binondo! Friendly front desk staff, quick to reply to your requests, spotlessly clean rooms, fast wifi and free parking!

all in all it was an okay stay. the staffs are very helpful, location within walking distance to the bustling heart of china town. but I am surprised that they don't give complimentary water bottle in room and there's no in house phone within the room so you need to download an apps in order to call the front desk or just go downstairs by yourself. please note that there's no food or minimarket close by so just come prepared!

excellent place to stay, close to the chinatown street foods, and also close to the main touristy spots like Fort Santiago or Rizal Park. the room is very clean, they will clean & change your bedsheets everyday as I can see everytime they do it. the price is affordable as well. nice job.
