Best Red Planet branch out of 3 branches I’ve been to in Manila. Staff is very friendly. Location is perfect near to everything you need. They have plenty parking space. Lobby is spacious. Hotel is very clean. Perfect for backpackers.

I ask for a little consideration because I feel sick that day of they can give me additional time to rest and prepare but they didn't and upfront asked me to pay I don't feel being valued here.

Good place to stay and helpful staff
The staff were nice and provided assistance when asked. This would be my 3rd or 4th(not sure) stay with red planet and I've enjoyed each one I like the flexibility in check out and that answers for inquiries are quickly provided

a welcome feedback
I experienced a very good service at the front desk and the sizes of the rooms are just reasonable for the room rates. Given the distance from the nearest grocery you may consider to offer some basic needs beside the counter such as bottled water, soap toothpaste, fresh fruits etc. Thank you for giving us a chance to provide feedback to further improve your services. Sucky bday promo and front desk
I was excited to stay in Red Planet Hotel for the first time because I had read so many good things about it. I was impressed when i tried to book a room and it was fast and convenient. The site even noticed it was my bday and gave me a bday rate. I was very happy. Then came the time when I actually got to the hotel. When I tried to check in, I was told that I needed to present an ID with my bday on it like a passport or driver's license since I was availing of the birthday promo. Nowhere in the website did it say that this was necessary. I did not even enter any promo code. Unfortunately I didn't have any kind of document they were asking for so I had to pay an additional P330. Instead of the good feeling I had that the hotel was so kind as to give me a good rate for my bday without me having to ask for it, I got really pissed off. So pissed off, I looked for a way to charge my phone so I could go thru all my old emails so I could look for any document that had my bday on it so I can get my money back. Thankfully I found an old NBI Clearance. When I got back to the hotel, I presented it. Still that was not good enough. I had to email my nbi clearance to their company email address twice because their internet is sooooo slow it took them a while to receive it. While waiting for them to receive the email, the front desk person who attended to me (who really needs a seminar on customer service as she could not even remember who i am when it had been only 6 hrs since I first met her and had the charm of a piece of wood) did not even bother to ask me to sit down. Then when I asked for my money back, she offered to give me a credit for my next stay instead. When i said no, her supervisor came to my room and suggested that instead of charging the money back, I could use the money for breakfast instead since it would take a while for the money to be returned. Which only confirms why this is a lousy hotel. It's not about the money. I had just spent P10000 in Megamall!!! It's the principle. Why offer a bday rate/promo and then make the guest feel like a liar when they have no ID when it was their website that was the one that offered the rate automatically. The room, by the way, is really tiny. The smallest studio I have ever stayed in. It makes me feel like I'm in a jail cell. Guess that's what I get for trying to stay in a cheap hotel since I'd only be staying for a night.

Excellence on a budget
This is an excellent budget hotel providing all the necessary facilities for a peaceful stay, including access to a low cost, basic restaurant. The staff are friendly and efficient and the location convenient for Ortigas.

Everything was ok except for the internet in our room
Everything was ok except for the internet connection in the room was very erratic. I thought the hotel have a fast internet connection. The room is very minimalist but it is just ok for the fee I paid.
