Forget about hygiene
The location itself is quite remote - thus prepare to arrange your own transport. But that's not the major issue - but the hygiene situation of the room. The room itself is dusty, looked like it was emptied for a while. There were cockroaches running in the bathroom, and a used shampoo bag was left at the shower. There were bugs on the bedsheet that bit. Eventually I had to use the towel (wish me luck) to cover the bedsheet in order to sleep...

Stay away
Looked for a cheap place to stay as I just wanted to go to mount pinatubo and move on to my next destination. I had booked in for two nights. The hotel felt like you where going into a prison which threw me off right away. Arrived there early got myself checked in and went about my way. Also there was no safe in my room which made me feel uneasy leaving my expensive camera in the room. The room was dirty and the AC did not work also. I checked out after one night in that place and found another hotel which i felt more secure.

2 star - Maybe: Low Budget Hotel
Hotel provide a large AC room for a very low price "stayed 28 days around March 2016." The hotel was clean and the employees were professional and friendly. My check-in / check-out was quick and easy. The location is less than a 5 or 10 minute walk to the Restaurants, SM Mall and bar area. Also, I have to mention that the hotel sit in a neighborhood area with poor to no street lighting; you need to be cautious when walking thru the area at night, although most people in the area seem to be very friendly and I had no problems walking around the area at night. My standard Air-Con room was a mid-size room "my pictures" and it was clean. It was OK for the low price. Bed was comfortable and I slept pretty good. TV and Cable channels were not the best, but the Free WiFi worked OK in my room. I liked the big window that lets light into the room during the day. Shower had a individual water heater for good hot water and the water pressure was OK. Hotel has a restaurant to provide meals; can't comment on the food since I didn't eat there, but other guest were eating there for Breakfast and Dinner. One bad item: My air condition didn't really cool the room well and I had to ask the front desk to provide a fan for the room; which they did. So the hotel might have a few maintenance problems, but it was still a Good Deal for the price of the room. It might work well if you are on a tight travel budget - Like me. I will definitely book this Hotel again. Second Booking for 12 days in September 2016: I actually got the same room but this time the air conditioner worked OK "Yeah" and an old small freezer was in the room, but the TV didn't work and the clogged shower head barely put out enough water to wash the soap off my Hair/body "Not Good." The WiFi network connection was strong in the lobby but very weak in the room on this trip. Mention the room problems to the front desk clerk and all they could say is ok or write it in a log book. Hotel has some serious maintenance problems; Sorry to say " Book if you just need a basic room. " KUDOS to the nice Lady cleaning my room during my stay; Great Job - Thank You Very Much.

Excellent Staff
The hotel is located in a very quiet area that is still only about a 5 to 8 minute walk from the tourist restaurants, bars and clubs of Angeles City. The best part of hotel was a pleasant Dutchman named Rob who is the owner/manager. Rob and his staff were the most refreshing and accomadating staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They always went an extra mile to make sure all my needs and concerns were met. The hotel had a very good rate for those concerned about their budget.

cheap room, 5mins walk to the red light district
This is one of the cheapest accomodation around angeles pampanga. If you want a peaceful sleep without noise but still want to be near the red light district, this is the accommodation for you. Just around 10mins walk from the jeepney terminal and red light district. For 700php you can get a fan room with private bathroom, good for 2 bed, a cabinet, chairs and a small table. And the room that we got is somehow big. They also have wifi but not reaching the 2nd floor, signal is only till the stairs or the first room on the 2nd floor. You can just walk in there if you dont want to get a reservation. They also sell foods and drinks in their resto. There are signboards to guide you to their hotel and if you see the red iron gate, beside that is a small door and that is their entrance. Only thing I dont like here is the street where they are because there is no light and pathway is not cemented. Also dont trust tricycle drivers there, I tried to ask how much going here when we were near 7/11 and he charge us 70php so I tried to ask again another tricycle driver in the jeepney terminal and now he charge us 50php while it is just 5-10mins walk there, it should only cost around 20-30php for the whole tryk. Pros: Cheap Room we had was big Near jeep terminal and red light district Near SM Clark There are nearby stores Cons: Street not well lit, kinda scary Wifi signal is weak in the 2nd floor Water pressure is weak Room not that clean Overall, this hotel is ok for me, I can recommend it for those who will just stay a night or two in angeles and in a tight budget.
