To make this possible, here are the property guidelines you may need to comply with before checking-in: The Property is a Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ) Accredited Hotel that accepts Returning Overseas Filipinos. The maximum number of guests allowed per room is 1. 2 guests are allowed based on room capacity if from the same household and need to comply with the waiver of DOT (waiver can be signed at the property upon arrival of the guest) Property strictly follows community quarantine guidelines and protocols established by the government. Property only accepts quarantine bookings, for this reason, it is necessary for the guest to make a contact prior to their arrival with the hotel. Otherwise, the booking may be rejected Considering the Coronavirus (COVID-19) circumstances, we request that you check travel restrictions and relevant travel advisories before booking and traveling. As part of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) restrictions, the property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identification, travel itinerary, and other relevant information. Please contact the property for more details. For all Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROF), as mandated by the Department of Tourism, guests are required to be picked up by the hotel transport service. Such pick-up fee shall be charged separately to the guests. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size. The property requires a refundable security deposit for charges or damages during the stay. The amount depends on the length of stay and/or size of the room booked. The property does not allow joiners or visitors In compliance with Philippine Executive Order 26 passed by the national government, smoking is now strictly prohibited within all public and enclosed spaces. This includes restaurants, function spaces, and guest rooms on all floors. This is a strictly non-smoking property. Guests are responsible for all costs, damages, and liabilities caused by smoking. OFFICIAL RECEIPT REQUEST Please be informed that Reddoorz (the Company) is employing centralized approach in the issuance of BIR- registered receipt to all our guest across the Philippines regardless of payment method (Pay at Hotel, Credit Card Payment or Bill to Client). This letter serves as a formal notice to you that our Company fully supports and comply with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR). In order to avoid inconvenience, kindly inform the hotel front desk upon arrival or check in for processing of the official receipt. Official Receipt Policy Scanned copy official receipt will be issued to you within 24-48 hours after complete verification and validation which will be sent via email. If you require a physical copy of the receipt, our Company will send directly to your preferred address within 3-5 days for Metro Manila and 5-7 days outside Metro Manila, kindly provide your contact details to the hotel front desk.
