RedDoorz @ Km 50 Aguinaldo Highway Tagaytay - Vaccinated Staff

First, this place is not in Tagaytay. The place is in Silang Cavite. Different to what they posted in traveloka that it’s Tagaytay, Tagaytay. Second, the place does not have an elevator. This is another sort of Picture vs reality. Third, the place doesn’t have a front desk all the time so you need to wait to go in whenever you’re outside keeping on pressing the door bell. Fourth, staff were shouting to each other to check status and whenever they ask one another. Seriously, I was so shocked. I have a hotel business but I never heard my staff to shout to ask something. Fifth, the room is spacious but CR is not that clean. The bowl’s cover is broken too. Shower handle is also broken. Sixth, we appreciate the help of the lady staff. She’s very helpful and understanding. Seventh, wifi is very slow. Eight, aircon is broken, you’ll experience having a flooded room. Ninth, they did no provide bottled water and tissue. So we end up asking them to free electric kettle as you need to pay a rent for an electric kettle. Tenth, main door doorknob needs replacement. Eleventh, no daily housekeeping provided (well maybe because of the MECQ) Twelveth, cabinets are very noisy whenever you open and close it. 13th, in the last room provided to us for our last night as we transferred room, the door of the Bathroom won’t open widely. 14th, bed is comfortable and it is huge so its acceptable. 15th, price is acceptable for the location and the structure. 16th, they serve food but not recommended. Since you’re near Tagaytay just take the chance to buy your food in tagaytay. 17th, they serve 3-in-1 coffee for Php45.00 18th, extra pillow & blanket is affordable at Php100.00 19th, curtain is dusty 20th, balcony is always flooded by water of the A/C. So instead you’ll enjoy having a coffee at the balcony, just stay inside the room. I think they should change the aircon and transfer the condenser in the ground floor so guest can use the balcony. RedDoorz should re-train & re-educate the staff especially that “gay” My so called vacation was ruined! 🤦🏼

It was funny because they are only the open hotel. I booked Tagaytay but I ended up not in tagaytay, it was in Aguinaldo highway in Silang. They gay staff needs an attention. He really need a real training in Hospitality management. My friend ask him for a plunger for the CR bowl as it was clogged for no reason, well maybe because its an old building already. He told my friend that “it was ok yesterday when I let you check in, and your deposit will ne forfeited because of that” How stupid right? It is not the obligation of the guest to maintain your building and if there’s an issue in the room, then better address that and not just answer stupidly. Lastly, the other room that they were staying (staff room) perhaps is very noisy and seriously you can smell the smoke inside your room despite of the fact that we don’t smoke. This is a very disappointing trip during MECQ. We travelled to Tagaytay to have some fresh air due to the fact that we very stress already in our businesses in metro manila but we end up in hell. Please change your address. Your place is not Tagaytay Tagaytay. Your place is Silang Cavite.

It could have been a perfect staycation, if the heater is up and going and if the person-in-charge make things easier in deciding which meal to offer.

There's no towels provided and we have to go downstairs to get them since they don't have a phone line. they also don't provide tissues. but overall, it was great.
