The room was very dirty. It has cockroaches. Then the toilet bowl and lavatory has stains. Slippers were seemed to be used by previous guests... I am very disappointed for it claimed to be clean.

This hotel should shut down right away. The dirt and the pests/ insects crawling around are just the start. Once I enter my room, a cockroach on top of my bed welcomed me. Then theres the dining table, with crawling bugs on top of it. The bathroom was ridiculously dirty like hair on the shower drain, no toilet tissue, the mirror was full of dried stain that you cannot even see your face clearly. The sink was so dirty and clogged. The smell of the room is so unpleasant. Honestly it wasn't even close to the photos that they have included in their ads. Very tricky. The tv wasn't working. All of these I have called and informed the reception and told me that they will put me in to another room. I couldn't lay down on my bed even though I was dead tired from a long journey because I was scared that these bugs will crawl on me while I sleep. I couldn't take a shower because the bathroom was too filthy to step in. All in all I don't recommend this place and I recommend that you call the health and sanitation department and report this because everything in their ads were all lies

This is for room 5017. Only problem is the flooded floor after having a shower in the bathroom. It was very noticeable that the floor was unscrubbed properly because the dirt floats when it floods. I hope they can also provide softer towels. 🙂

We were not informed about the 1000 deposit upon check in though it is refundable upon check out. Some room smells like a crap.

I had some problems with the bookings online and how they endorsed me to their sister company. Knowing that I'm priority they should have accommodated me first. Supervisor wasn't capable to faced unexpected situations. However, I'm impressed with the two female staff who takes responsibilities of my situation. With the help of their rational decision making, they were able to help me at that moment. Also, I would like to thank the Manager and operations manager for being responsive to the incident. They also did a greàt job for making my booking easier. They called me as soon as possible to fixed certain angle of the situations. These people should be praised by the CEO for providing the best service for their cusťomer. That's the reason why I decided to stay more becoz of these people.

More than anything, we wish for you to have a wonderful and worry-free stay with us. To make this possible, here are the property guidelines you may need to comply with before checking-in: 1. This property is a Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ) Accredited Hotel that accepts Returning Overseas Filipinos. The maximum number of guests allowed per room is 1. 2 guests are allowed based on room capacity if from the same household and need to comply with the waiver of DOT (waiver can be signed at the property upon arrival of the guest). The hotel strictly follows community quarantine guidelines and protocols established by the government. The hotel only accepts quarantine bookings, for this reason, it is necessary for the guest to make a contact prior to their arrival with the hotel. Otherwise, the booking may be rejected. For all Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROF), as mandated by the Department of Tourism, guests are required to be picked-up by the hotel transport service. Such pick up fee shall be charge separately to the guests. 2. Hotel accepts only quarantine bookings, for this reason, it is necessary for the guest to make contact prior to their arrival with the hotel. Otherwise, Hotel may reject the bookings. 3. A refundable security deposit might be required upon check-in amounting to a one-night room charge or a maximum of Php 1,500. However, the total amount may vary depending on the property policy.
