Clean , spacious , near a nice and affordable restaurants. The service and hospitality really good

The location of the hotel is at the heart of the city and it is near the City Hall, food establishments, convenient store and Catholic Church. Very accessible to any mode of transportation. The room is spacious, well-cleaned and comfortable. I love the temperature of their bath heater. The TV has almost complete channels and hotel wifi is very, very fast. However, there is no kettle for coffee/tea and when we brought food for breakfast, we had to eat on top of the bed because there is no chair whatsoever being provided until we requested it. There are also no cups/saucers unless you ask for it. The major complain I have with the hotel is the lack of services to facilitate the breakfast of guests. We cannot ask the front desk to order in nearby cafe or nearby fast food stores. When I asked for the number of nearby Jollibee or McDo, they gave us a telephone number (not a cellphone number) so we had to spend for calls from cellphone to a landline. Then, the ordering is via call center so it takes longer. That was why to save time, I dressed up to go to the nearby fast food to buy the breakfast myself. Also, whenever I enter the lobby, the front desk staff (everyone from Day 1 to Day 4 of our stay there) does not bother to inquire if we need assistance (for example I did not know if my partner already got the key from the reception area and was already upstairs in the room. I sat at the lobby couch trying to text him and when he did not reply (because his phone was on silent mode), I stood to ask the staff. I would have appreciated it if they greeted me upon my entering at the door and ask if I needed help with anything so that I could have gone to the room much faster. Anyway, they are not just that helpful as with other hotels I stayed in in terms of breakfast facilitation and simple courtesy to guests.
