The hotel staff is actually great! Service is awesome. But the facilities are poor. There is no remote for the air conditioner, the drain for the sink and showers are clogged, poor wifi, there are ants in the room, there is only 1 pair of power outlet to use. Also there is no specific hotel parking. Cars are parked on the street.

It is my first time to book a hotel that doesn't lend AC remote controller to guests. Hotel staff can't even give a valid reason why. So disappointing. How will a guest control the temperature in the middle of the night? It is so absurd. Photo in the booking app doesn't match in reality. Hotel location is across a public market, so imagine the traffic and the smell in the area.

I love the staffs but I really don't love how the building was planned. A very spacious room but it only has one socket for four people. It doesn't have any exhaust fan and the internet connection is really weak.

When you hear the name Regency Hotel, expectation must be very best! But not this kind of Regency hotel in Vigan. Not accommodating staff. Poor air conditioning. Restaurant need some improvement. We ordered food in their restaurant, one of our order is chicken, we spend almost 2 hours waiting for our order then there came 1 whole chicken, I saw one of their staff bought one whole lechon manok outside the hotel, food serving is not good. Check in time is strictly implemented eventhough we have children in us there is no consideration at all. No definite parking lot. Parking is on the road in front of commercial establishments. Security person is not trained. They cannot accommodate all guests. Securities and Exchange Commission should look and review the name they are using. I think they are not connected to the Regency Corporation Chain of Hotels in the Philippines. All in all, your money will not worth it. This hotel should be examined by govt authorities. Calling BIR, SEC, Dept of Tourism, DILG, Ilocos Provincial Govt, Vigan City Govt.

We decided not stay in this hotel on the day of our scheduled stay. We showed up and saw the condition of the place. We demanded full refund because the room specs promised were not met. There were ants in the new room they were offering us and even that new room was far from the described room in the website. It was supposed to be a king-sized bed but the bed in the room were 2 single beds that were pushed closely together. We wanted to talk to the manager but no one was there to talk to us but the housekeeping lady. I don't recommend this place.

-Very strict with the check-in time. -Wifi is not working. -Not worth the value of money I have paid. Rooms are for single bed, but they maximize it by putting two big beds. Too small for the two beds. -Breakfast time strictly at 7:30am. We wanted to take our breakfast earlier to start our tour early but they won’t allow us.

We spend our holiday in this hotel for 4D/3N during Holy Week. We checked in the property around past 3pm. The room is nice and it was well ventilated however for the AC the remote was not provided for us to control the temperature. During our stay breakfast was already included in the package. The food is quite nice however it was already cold when served. We also requested for a housekeeping service but after our city tour when we came back the bed sheets had been changed but they did not change our towels they just hanged it in our room. The employees are nice and providing a good service but they need more training. And the location of the hotel is nice because its in the middle of the tourist spots and you can also just walk going to Calle Crisologo.

Rooms are ok. But not really clean. The water supply good but very very poor drainage. Location is not as good as i thought. Staff are not aware of what they are doing, they are being instructed by the owner on what to do next. the elevator wont work without any staff, it could have been ok but they are not always available, so the elev is no use. You’ll have to use the stairs.

The AC in our room suddenly stopped working and couldn't be fixed immediately so we were transferred to another room. There was a leak in the toilet and the hot shower wasn't working. We didn't bother reporting it since we were exhausted. I didn't get my money's worth. I'll give them a 3 for their effort though.

One of the hotels I've been with the worst unaccommodating, inhospitable staffs. They don't smile, and very unapproachable. They can't even answer questions directly like simple questions such as "do you cook food and do room service?" They don't know the answer. Checking in also takes time. There's no bath soap in the bathroom. The location is good I just hope the people would treat guests as guests, because remember we're paying for your service.

The hotel location was very convenient. You can even reach the tourist spot by foot. Though we got some problem with our room, I can still say kudos to the staff for their politeness and assistance specially during our check in they really assist us with our needs even late at night. Thank you, we had a great time.
