This is my second time to stay at the hotel, and both times I was really satisfied. Housekeeping was quick whenever we needed assistance, and all the staff from the desk to the restaurant were accommodating. My favorite part is the buffet! The breakfast buffet included in our stay was all worth it (take note it may destroy your diet). We also availed of the dinner buffet, which was discounted at the time. The hotel was not exaggerating when they said they had the best buffet on the island! Will definitely book here again when I return.

The location is very strategic, walking distance to many shopping malls, such as Greenbelt where we can find so many good eateries! The service of the hotel itself is extra ordinary, they let us to do early check in, and the concierges also the security guards are so nice, they have two lobbies and they helped to inform our uber to pick us up at the correct spot. What an outstanding hospitality. Facilities is definitely super perfect too, not to forget to mention the bath tub. Enjoyed my late night bath ~ And last but not least, Breakfast is super good!

This hotel is very disappointing if not worst in all hotels that I booked internationally and locally. I booked for a room for my girlfriend with a size of 12 sqm in the website but what they gave her upon arrival looked like 6 sqm. Only and the floor looks dirty. Just see the photo I included. Her room was on the 5th floor without elevator and no WiFi. You should have mentioned that this hotel has no elevator and no WiFi. So, my girlfriend just decided to stay on her friend's house rather than sleep on that hotel. Never again I will book on that hotel.

It takes 1 hour for them to accommodate us. Also the receptionist are not good in giving customer service. They will assist you only if they knew you are rich but when they saw you wearing normal clothes, they don't give the treatment they are giving to some. The place and rooms are good but the customer service is terrible.

• Make sure you made a deal about the taxi fare before. Taxi drivers in Manila and several cities in the Philippines often set higher taxi fares to foreign tourists and refuse to use argometer.

• Treat beggars politely. There are a lot of beggars and homeless people in major cities. You can reject them politely or just give them some pesos.

• Bring enough cash. It is difficult to find money changer and ATM machines in small towns. If you plan to visit a small town, better exchange money or withdraw cash from ATM in big cities like Manila or Cebu.
