Our stay was great. But I would just like to suggest for them to regularly check their emails. They did not have our reservation on their system when we arrived. They insisted that our booking is not showing on their system. They searched their email and was only able to see my reservation when one of their staff entered the booking no. attached to the printed booking confirmation. Since they gave away our room for that night, they provided us a room but with a lower room category.
Good location. The front desk is really helpful. Room is ok but I got lots of spots_ think they are from bed bugs, since no mosquitoes in room. Public wifi was not good. Still recommend for location!

Basic but What we Needed
Stayed here for one night when we decided to come to El Nido a night early. It was a very cute hotel ! The rooms are on the smaller side, but the hotel is beach front and you don’t need a big room in El Nido. Wifi is slow, but that is how it is in all of El Nido. Staff are friendly. Room is clean, but very basic. We checked out after one night, as we were scheduled to stay in a AirBnB/VRBO. Once we got to our second accommodation we realized what a great price Rosanna’s is ! We paid double the price at our condo for worse conditions !

First timer to El Nido
First time to El Nido. My wife had booked the room (had invited Mama to come as sort of impromptu birthday gift) a month or so before arrival but did not know how great the choice really was until the first night. We got a first-floor beachfront reservation (FANTASTIC!!) -- we were really not thinking it mattered at that time because not really to stay cooped up in the rooms right? But it was big, clean and so the adage "Room with a view" easily comes to mind very strongly. There's' a wide veranda out front, sitting on one of two very comfy rattan chairs where I enjoyed an early hot choco drink and pan de sal. Later, and for the first time, I saw my Mom really, really relaxed, just sitting there with her thoughts on the other rattan chair looking out to sea. The view opened out to the bay, bobbing fishing boats floating beside their much larger cousins used for tours and the granite slabs of islands rising to the north east. That first morning had a low-lying cloud hugging the tops of the islands. What a view, lucky that one. Breakfast: no complaints. My wife and Mama also like their evening chamomile tea so when i asked, the nice lady at the kitchen even offered to send to the room even if I was willing to wait come back for it. The kitchen staff were quite amicable and allowed me to heat up some of the food we had brought in in their toaster oven. (I tipped them for their kindness while we were checking out.) As one review indicated, the WIFI was only available from the lobby; not an issue with us but might be issue for some but I did note some guests lounging in the sofas quite content. There are rotating power outages in the town and the hotel's generator does not power the aircons so might be issue during summer but hey!! The breeze came thru fine the wide windows so probably can do without. It was also a VERY quiet location and you would appreciate this once you realize that just several hundred meters up the beach towards the dock were located restaurants and drinking bars and their speakers tend to blare on and on throughout the night. Nearby: everything was easily accessible: sari-sari (convenience) stores; carenderias (eateries) where they can grill fresh sea food for you. I may be wrong on this but no ATMS as far as we checked but there was a money exchange on the same street only a few distance away. The staff were friendly but sometimes may be a bit overwhelmed if a foreigner comes over complaining about the power outages. Like I saw the next day. Felt sorry for both the staff and the foreigner and afterwards I explained to the staff that sometimes tourists expect some compensation - any kind - for the inconvenience this was causing. Or at least some acknowledgement like a free drink coupon or some simple token instead of just saying "Sorry, sir." Because the blackouts were happening almost daily and I think that was the trend in the whole place. So, temper your expectations in that rergard. By the way ... I don't think that waters in front of these beaches are meant for swimming. Wading in and out - yes, photo-ops - Big Yes but that's about it as there are achors here and there under the shallow beach from boats rocking in the waters throughout. But you'll have plenty of excellent snorkeling chances during the island tours, trust me. So do enjoy and don't forget to not leave any trash on those islands. You do pay a environmental fee but still, take your trash with you... Tip: Always ask when taking a van from the airport if the driver will take you all the way to the hotel itself since there is a cutoff time in the early evening when vans are no longer allowed to this section of town. And there is usually a small donation -- err, fee :-) Good luck and Happy travels!

Had a great stay here so much so we booked an extra 3 nights! Simple breakfast which is included! Wifi only in the lobby but not an issue. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels if you leave your key in reception! Kettle in room no tea/coffee supplies though but brought at shop! No place to store valuables but we weren't worried! Free water refill downstairs in breakfast area! The staff here are really friendly and welcoming. They can arrange boat tours, trikes, minivan transport to other destinations. A great time in a good value hotel for a beach front location!

Room with a view
Our room is located on the beachfront with a cable TV, balcony and split type air conditioning. Staff was amazing, they greet you whenever you pass by and they also offer tours. They arranged our tour A with Spider Travel and Tours and it was perfect. We were just 10 on the boat and not like the other boats with at least 20 passengers. Breakfast was limited but well cooked. Wifi only works in the lobby. Room just needs a chair and rugs since the room can get slippery when wet coming from the balcony. View was fantastic. Location was good since its a walk in distance with the restaurants and stores but also quiet. They also have generators since rotating brown outs happens.

Quiet location, nice view
The beachfront family room we booked is spacious and has everything we need. Every morning as we eat our free breakfast our view was amazing. The staff are friendly and nice. They are very responsive to your needs and requests. Best of all is the view!
